I agree, you feel like you shouldn't talk to them cos they obviously don't understand.
I do understand that sometimes when depressed you can spend a lot of time navel gazing and that to continually talk about things can end up with a vicious cycle however, people need to realise that depression is different to feeling a bit down and i think that's an issue with some people.

) nor will he be at my next swim meet, which is on Father's day (which means he won't be there for Father's day either) That... child! How far in advance do I have to tell him to get him to be there once in a while? He's always got plans. I could break my lifetime best in the 200 freestyle by 10-15 seconds and get a B time judging by what I did in practice today, and he's going to Hawaii! The Light take him and his girlfriend/may-as-well-be-wife both.
