well to me its not the music but my mood ...i can see sadness in any song. also i pick songs that i know i seel sadness in but it can be anything.

Don't know why anyone would listen to depressing music. :\ It's just ridiculous.

Because for me, music is an art form that is about exploring the shared experience of what it means to be human, in an emotional context. That means exploring all emotions. I want my music to make me sad, happy, proud, ashamed, haunted and even angry by terns. When it does the artist has succeeded in his or her task to explore the experience of being human and being alive.

Depressing music is my favorite type. Tends to be very pretty and genuine. I'm not even going to make a list because it would be ridiculously long.
