DJ, game designer, social scientist, criminologist and military historian. Is there no beginning to my talents?
I am one of he UKs leading Goth DJs and have the good fortune to be the chairman of charnel house promotions.
My interest in the natural sciences comes from my step father who was Professor G H Olsen, professor of physical electronics and physics at Newcastle university, whilst my interest in the social sciences was initially kindled by my mother, who holds two degrees one in Anthropology and social science, the other in Mathematics. My interest in military history comes from my grandfather, flight sergeant Tate of the Royal air force.
I also have an interest in the macabre and in horror stories which seems to be an interest shared by most of my family, but which is most strongly personified by my grandfather and his daughter, my mother.
