I know that some bands such as slayer, mudvayne, ect ect ect are satanists. If any of you guys have any other bands to name that are santanists. Cause i can't think of any at the moment.
For you people who don't know about this stuff. These bands are sold to satan and have warlocks are witches put curses on their music.
So back to the question......If anyone has any more bands that they can name. It would be much appretiated.

I believe it is true on that...demonic influences and oppression over music bands. That is why I try to focus on my LORD most of the time by just listening to hymns and modern worship music. It really helps me spiritually.

Other than that, I remember there is this one guy who always speak out against satanic bands on TV. He is not a TV evangelist. He just comes on because of the Christian station in my hometown likes to play something biblical. Anyways his name is Jeff Godwin. You can check and find his materials. He has all sorts of things to critique, especially his own personal experience getting involve in satanic band in his earlier years.

One time during a deliverance session with my husband his demon stood up and went over to his cds and began to tell me how they rule kids nowadays. So I went and broke each one before its eyes and it screamed!

I kind of like ozzy but he is way too oppressive to listen to he is just a beautiful musican, We got rid of all of our metal, evil alt. dark music and agreed to stick to frank sinatra and sixties stuff that wasnt icky

Do you have any documentation of this? A lot of rumors go around about this sort of thing that really shouldn't be passed on unless they can be proven.

The only verified occult sold-out-to-Satan musician I know of is Glenn Benton of Deicide (who's bragged of his involvment with church burnings and ritualistically brands an upside down cross into his forehead). Most Satanism in music is mostly a vehicle for shock.

Define "evil alt. dark music". And do you mean all metal or just bands that aren't Christian?

For starters I have been an ozzy fan for yrs.
Icky is anything that helped my husband develop a whole rage problem, alienation problem much like what columbine went through. Obviously you arent into the deliverance ministry or spiritual warfare or you would know things that arent of God have spirits assigned to them. Icky is anything with a dead body, mummified, sewn mouths, bad spirits. I am sensitive to the occult when I look at something that makes my stomach hurt I know it isnt good. No I only listen to christian music when interceding, during deliverance sessions, doing bible studies. I used to be an actress and I prefer lounge and broadway stuff. God doesnt really have a beef with that unless Im listening to something with spirits attached. Obviously you listen to heavy metal and wish to argue with me. Its my personal experience when a demonized person starts kissing his cds and telling me about the youth in bondage from it that I am not going to touch the stuff. Evil alt is anything with spirits attached that further rage in teens. Do not believe me? I dont give a rip but dont argue with those who have experience. I am telling the young man my side because he has a deep interest in the deliverance ministry and I would HATE to see him in the kind of bondage my husband is going through from that music.
I like ozzy and ACDC if its playing somewherE I have no issues but holding onto stuff I feel spirits on isnt justifiable in the house of a deliverance minister. The music is awesome the bondage it causes is not
I prefer to use praise music-demons hate it!

The rage and alienation the columbine kids went through had a lot more to do with being social pariahs in a merciless high school pecking order than music. Music in this case was just a red herring. But I know what you mean.

Deliverance ministry or not, I would be interested to see where that's stated in the Word.

Actually about the only metal I'm into right now is a Christian band called Virgin Black.

My only concern was whether you were heading in a "this or that kind of music is intrinsically satanic" direction.

I can't confirm or deny your experience, and I won't deny that the Enemy can use music to foment some bad things in youth. I was just curious where you were going.

Sorry I got so offensive I ALWAYS fight with my 18 yr old brother on the topic.
He wants a ministry and is a very wise little warkitty but he has a major rage issue and he wont believe me that his music is behind it.
I will get some scripture on the demon thing my dad must know.

Satan was the angel of music (or something like that, i'm having a brain fart now). What area do you think he would like to affect most? He wants to affect the YOUTH. Every single teenager loves music.
If you go check out some christian books on this, then you would really be suprised on how much music affects you.

If you would jsut bother to go check out secular and christian studies alike on rock music, then u might have a better understanding on this subject.

Have you ever listened to Christian music (other than Praise)... not all of it is corney... some is actually pretty good.

Your dh might like Petra (the Petra Praise album is really cool) and Whiteheart. These are both older group... kinda 80's rock.

That's a little presumptuous. But I'd be curious, first and foremost, what you consider "gothic" music to be. And if we might discuss it before you decide what my spiritual state is.
