You are trying to say that Donald withholding the monies that were already appropriated and approved for distribution, withholding for his own personal benefit is the same as VP Biden carrying out official policy when we all know that it is not the same.

The US blackmails other countries all the time. Its not illegal in the slightest when its being done to further US interests. It only becomes illegal when a US official is doing it to further his own personal interests. Like having his political opponents investigated by a foreign power.

On the one hand Biden is clear and free ... despite the obvious corruption (not necessarily illegal) ... while Trump is eviscerated and paraded by Democrats as a criminal for what maybe, if one looks at the evidence in just the right way, with the right shade of light and the right disposition one might conclude that there's maybe a 1% chance of something possibly corruption-like, sort of, possibly, if maybe someone else comes forward to testify that the transcript doesn't say what the transcript says.

That's not what happened. The corrupt investigator was not investigating it which is why the US, EU and IMF were all calling for his firiing. Biden then enacted US policy on behalf of the Obama administration in plain view as listed in his job description.

That was investigating a corrupt company that employed Biden's son for 167K a month.

The US interferes with other country's sovereignty all the time. wars, economic pressure, coups (real ones, like the overthrow of the Iranian government), sanctions.
