This thread is a place for holding each other up in advice and prayer, and any other way we can do the one anothers in the Word of God. Thank you all for joining us together here, and I pray we continue this thread in the great fellowship in which it has started. Thank you all for praying last night, a Haitian woman and a single mom of 2 children named Erlie gave a profession of faith to the Lord!

Father, thank You for letting me be a part of helping another soul profess her faith to You last night. I pray that You help Erlie to know Your will, and that we are able to disciple her to become a strong woman in You. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to work for You, Lord, and I thank You for giving me that opportunity. Without You, I am nothing. It is only with Your Light this was able to happen. Please continue to shine Your Light in me always. Father, thank You for the prayers of Your people on this thread, as without them, Erlie, may not have been saved. We know how important prayer is, Lord, and we thank You for hearing ours yesterday.

For our Sister, GlendaJoanne, please help her to walk in obedience to Your will, please help her to die to herself so that Jesus will live more in me, and please let Your Holy Spirit activate her Spiritual gifts more completely.

For our Sister, woman.at.the.well, please help her church move toward a deeper fellowship with each other. Please help her with her job and the children she comes in contact with. Please continue to help her be a light to them.

Please help our brother, Cameronw, to get better soon. Please place a healing protection around him and his family. Please help his mother-in-law with the operations she is facing in her knees. Guide the hands of the surgeons, Father, so that it goes smoothly. Please infuse his family with the moving they are doing in the near future.

For our Sister, Brinny, Lord, we ask Your continued Light be shone through her. She is such a blessing with all who she comes in contact with, please help her to surrender the last bit of disappointment and anger she has toward You and help her to just release it all, climb on Your lap and give You all the love she has to give. Father, she is such a blessing and a light. Father help her to know that sometimes we go through hard troubles, and it is okay to let You know exactly how we feel so that we can become closer to You. Help her to know that all things You bring in her life have been for her to know You better, and that she is going in the right direction.

We pray for our brother, Lonnienord, and his heart for the prisoners. Please bless him as he tries to bring glory to You in the prisons. Father, we know how important this ministry is, please guide him and watch over him.
Please help Matt's church, Father, and please bless his heart as he prays for the world in general. This world needs You so much, Lord, please reach out further to the lost for Your glory.

For our dear Sister, Linchen, please help her health which has been poor in the last two years, please give her a rest from her illnesses. Please help her to continue to get much closer to Your heart.

Father, we ask that you please help Janice's (HisbyGrace) youngest son Gary with his bipolar disease. Please help him to know that he must take his medication. Please bless this mother with Your strength as she pours herself out into her son. Please help her to continue to grow in her relationship with You, and please help her to know Your will so that she can be all that You want her to be.

Please bless our Sister, CountryLady, she has a heart for the widow's, the widower's, and their children. Please help them find peace and comfort in their hearts through You, Lord. Please give them strength to go through the very difficult time of losing a loved one. Please give them the emotional healing they need from You, Father.

We pray for our brother, BlessedValley, please bless him as he has a heart for America. Father, our country is headed for judgement. Please help us to encourage one another in the faith so that judgement will not be as harsh when the time comes.

For brother, JesseBassett, please help him to know Your wisdom and discernment when it comes to the church You have picked out just for him. Help him to know that You want him to be in a Bible believing church that preaches the gospel as it is written and in no way stray from the Word. Please give him freedom from the sin that he has been dealing with for many years. Please help him to know that he is in bondage and cannot get into deeper fellowship with You if he continues in this sin. Please give him the strength to do what is righteous in Your eyes, and help him to drop this sin and follow You.

Please bless our dear Sister, JoyShirley, who has a heart for her community in New Zealand. We ask that you please help more and more people there come to know You and acknowledge You as their Lord and Saviour. Father, we ask that anyone in her church community who has not yet bowed their knee to You will turn their eyes and their hearts to You. We ask that you draw them powerfully to Yourself and reveal Yourself to them in such a way that their lives will be transformed greatly.

Father, please bless our Sister, DawnTillery, we thank You for her selfless heart as she prays for the lost and Your church ministry.
Please bless Sister, LoverofmySoul. We thank You for this sister that is praying for the ministry as well. Father, we lift up her 30-year old daughter who has strayed away from You for a time. Lord, we know that You will finish the good work You made in her and bring her back to You, Father, please give her the assurance and guidance she needs.

Father, we pray for our Sister, Angelwannabe, and her three children, 27, 24, 22, who have also strayed away from You for a time. We praise You for her faith that she knows they will return to You. Dear Lord may we seek peace in this world as we come closer to the celebration of your Son. I pray for those who are not as fortunate as I and ask you Lord to help those in need. I pray that we will not forget what this holiday season is about as we try to spread your joy. Let us pray for those families who will be seperated this Christmas season and hope and pray that they come back to their families safe. Thank you Jesus for coming to this earth and saving us. Please Pray for me I was belittled for what I believe on another forum. I have cerebral palsy and while I believe God can heal, I know he does always heal in the way we 'expect'. When I expressed this I was told I was not believing properly. Now everytime I here such arguements I always doubt myself please pray my faith will be secure in Jesus, because I do feel upset that people one has trusted can turn on one.

Dear Father, we want to thank You for all that You are, for Who You are, and for the undeserved gift You have given to us through Your Son's blood on the cross that was shed for us. We cannot thank You enough for loving us as much as You do and the way that You do. Thank You, Father, for my life, the life of my family members, and putting me exactly where You want me. Please help me to bring glory to You always.

We come to ask You for peace in this woman's heart. She has been hurt by things that have been said to her about her thoughts of You. Please help her to know that the moment people judge others in Your eyes, they are being judged themselves. Please help Karen to have exactly that through You and Your beautiful Word to us. Please help her to know Your will, and if it is to be healed, please, Father, heal her. If it is to have less pain in her life, Father, please help her to have less pain. Lord, we bow to Your will and glorify You in good times and in bad times. Father, please see this believing heart in her and help her as we know You love Your children and wish that none of them have pain in this life. Please help her to see You through all that she has to endure.

Father, give her an extra special hunger for Your Word, so she can know how You want her to believe. Help her to have security and assurance in knowing that You love her dearly, and do not wish her to be far from You. Please help her to grow closer and closer to You each day.

We pray this prayer for ourselves as well. Father, we just want to know You more each day. Each day, please take us closer into Your arms, and help us to know Your will. Guide us through Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Thank You for saving us, Father. In this we ask in Jesus' mighty name, Amen


How was everyone's weekend? Mine was great. My daughter turned 15!!! She got just what she wanted too, a telescope. For months I was giggling inside every time I saw her point to the sky and say, Mom, there's my star!! After Jesus, she is absolutely the light and joy in my life! We did so much this weekend, too much to write right now, but would love to hear how everyone else is doing.
