Since you asked for advice, I will give it frankly. The biggest problem here is not the anger and hostility of those who have hurt you, but your own anger and hostility. It is not good for you spiritually or mentally or physically. Anger and hostility have been shown, clinically, to depress your immune system and lead to illness.
Now, I don't want that for you, and neither do you!
The Bible says "Love your enemies....do good to those who spitefully abuse you....do not exchange insult for insult or rancor for rancor...in all things love.."
Perhaps it would help if, each time you have an angry thought toward them (and you may be surprised how very often this is happening when you do this) you stop and pray for them. And do pray for yourself to forgive and let go. You have a, ugly harmful burden on you that you need to be freed from, from within, more than without.
