Ariel I quoted you so that you all know what I'm talking about and not just posting on a whim. 
So in a small way I'm responding to your above post. 
My issue is that if higher reppers go into that other thread it's been asked that they give a bargain swap to those with lesser stars. I feel that if the lesser stars come here they will expect the same thing. Then we are back to people getting upset again.
I only made my suggestion because Nadiine was thinking about changing the rules etc. to say who can rep here. She wanted input. So I gave mine.
I look at it like this..bear with me.
The Citidal was a all male school. Had always been that way. There was a school compromable to that for females. However, the females felt it wasn't fair that they couldn't go ot the Citidal so they fought the school and took them to court so that they could attend there. They won and the school had to make the place accessible for females..ie restrooms/showers. Even after they got in they STILL had to make waves by making allegations etc.
Point here is that there is already two threads going that are serving the same purpose. One for up to 12 stars and the other here with no restrictions. I don't mind leaving this thread as is.
Honestly I don't. But what Nadiine was put through over this I'm a little protective.
She, along with others, tried VERY hard to get reppers of various star stages to come in for swapping. So I just don't want to see Nadiin and this thread get attacked again. You are never going to please everyone. I say you in my post as a universal you...not you personally.
This was the complaint of the confusion; that there are 2 threads serving the same purpose.
When one posted here, I pm'd to stear them to the newly created thread -- which they asked about why there are 2 threads w/ same rules for same levels...
I mean, it makes sense.
Then I was told that I should alter this thread becuz it didn't make sense & confused them.
It makes sense to me - yet nothing I do is going to make everybody happy like you said.
I left it at 1 star to be open to everybody, then under 2 star visitors got confused, one wants it left alone, or 5+, another 13+...
then if I change it, we'll see complaints or issues of something else by someone else...
What in the world do you do? I might just hike it up to 5 with a suggestion and leave it at that.
13 would even be fine with me too - becuz the other thread covers 1-12 (would make it more clear on a technical level) - but still, level 5 can use 3-4 reps and get close enough to some still.
There are limitations on nearly all rep threads too - NOBODY can play on a rep giving thread if they have no reps, you have to 10 reps available to rep on a "rep the 10 above you" thread.. same with 4,5,& 7...
Most can't afford the auction threads.... so... limitation are there for all of us.
Let's not forget too, non site supporters are more limited here as well.
So.. I'll think about it summore. I value your input and everybody elses!!

I was looking to swap with someone closer to my level so it could be a 1 for 1 deal.
