As far as the 1-12 thread is concerned--Rosey, you have been kind, generous, giving. I commend you.

Back to the topic of requirements for swapping on the threads--

I think it's silly to say that a five-star or ten-star member can't come in here. Actually, their "multiples" will work out better for many here.

that's what my thought was with the 5 star... they can stack them up to 3 and swap with 15-25'ers....

I mean it's tuff for me to find a cut off /suggestion level, but I was told that my threads are confusing with the rules like they are -
The fact remains tho, that they DO have their own thread that was made specially for them - and they CAN go there and meet up with 15 and up levels who go there to swap with them..
it's not like we're "cutting anyone off"... becuz it's offered someplace else specially to cater to them.
(they just aren't going there despite it)
