If they were participating in a covert fraudulent action as charged - do you honestly think they would admit it?

They are raising a fuss because they are loosing money, that all it is, protecting corporate greed.

...you forgot to mention the part where no one seems able to present any proof in a court for the things they keep saying happened. And of course a corporation is going to be upset when they start losing money because of false allegations against them. Making money is why they're in business. I noted that none of President Trumps supporters seem interested in discussing this part of the article:

A review of 10 key states (Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin) finds that Dominion systems were used in 351 of 731 counties. Trump won 283 of those counties, 81 percent of the total. He won 79 percent of the counties that didn’t use Dominion systems.

Judges are unwilling or afraid to seriously consider the evidence because the remedy is so drastic.

MSM has had the issue on an almost complete blackout except to keep the narrative that there is no proof. The information I have found showing or describing raw date is on a number of alternative news sites.

I was able to watch one of the presentations live, it was interesting to note not any of the Democratic media teams bothered even a 30 sec mention beyond the conspiracy theory line repeated infinite times.

Facebook, Twitter both banned or blocked anyone bringing up the facts in their censorship actions.

Fact checkers are very seldom accurate at this point also.

The Democratic media and tech Agencies are very effective in their censorship and propegandist efforts.

I hope Dominion does sue Powell because that's probably the only way that the evidence will be allowed to be tested in court.
