This is soooooo true!!!

Reminds me of this verse, which really sums up ALL that God requires of us. God's simplicity is beautiful and life-enhancing, and as Jesus Himself said, His yoke is "light". What a dear dear heart for us God has.

Simplicity is the beauty that God is. Therein lies His wisdom, in all its simplicity.

He doesn't lay MORE burdens on us.

He REMOVES them.

Such is His simplicity.

Amen. The Lord is our friend and his burden is light. When i look around at the contention in this world, i can be overwhelmed with hopelessness, but thats when the Lord sustains me and shows me the simplicity that He has blessed us with.

We have in mind our own plans and "right" paths, but God just wants us to trust and follow Him, and do our best not to sin against Him.

The plans of the diligent lead to profit
as surely as haste leads to poverty. Prov. 21:5
Hard work pays off, especially when you get around to the whole "you don't work, you don't eat" policy.
