Proverbs 12:

This is sooooo true. And it's powerful. Encouragement and a kind word are like medicine to a downcast heart and head. God's own are used by God to be an encourage-er and lifter-up-er of the downcast head and heart.

anxiety has always been a problem for me, it is slowly disappearing, but occasionally returns

i used to have panic attacks....they were horrendous....

Proverbs 12:

Staying grounded.
AKA Deep Roots.

God wants our feet on the ground, so to speak. He wants us to be wise, discerning, and "grounded", and to be solidly "rooted" in Him, and thus "rooted" in His wise wise Words that take "root" in our hearts, and that are the very "manna" and nourishment that feed these roots. This is the epitome of "stability" and thus "wisdom", which is the antithesis of "drama" and distraction, and "chasing fantasies", and the ensuing derision and toxicity that follows, that man is so prone to.

Being "grounded", with deep roots = sanity = peace.

Kindness and encouragement.

It's sooooo precious and a very dear blessing to be on the receiving end of genuinely kind and encouraging words that is timely. It's a treasure and the pure grace of God when this happens. God bless the encourage-ers.

Reminds me of this:

"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver." ~Pr 25:11

Encouragers.

God mooooves in the words emanating from an encouraging heart, for it DELIGHTS His very heart when we encourage each other and all who are desperately in need of such encouragement. For it is then, that we are reflecting the very thing our God does for us, and that is to be a "lifter of anothers downcast head".

Proverbs 12:

Deep roots.

The Godly have deep roots that are "rooted" in God's Word. THIS is where God COMMUNICATES with us, and where His Holy Spirit TEACHES us, and where He FEEDS us spiritual "bread", nourishing those deep roots. It is written that the righteous are like a tree planted by a river. This tree (us) is always "watered" there and flourishing.

Falsehoods and deceit.

The origination of falsehoods, lies, and deceit began with who Jesus Himself called the "father of lies".

"You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies." ~John 8:44
