Heh, I usually turn to those people after a few of those encounters and spout off some smart remark about how I wish I'd remembered my jacket because it's absolutely frigid in the room or I'll ask them if anyone has ever told them that they talk too much. Usually, once they become offended, they don't shut up. Then you can just say, "There, was that so hard?"

I tried that today, no real response. *shrug* Think I'm giving up on that.

I did get to talk to the girl in NT yesterday for a min after class, and dicovered her name- Amber

Well then, that one was, in fact, an ice queen, and you'd do well to ignore her existence like she does everyone else's.

Well, it's sad really, but I am a dateless waif involuntarily for the first night in ages. And I've become very tired, very early. But I've made good use of my down time! I've spent 3 hours trying to repair my feet from midnight scrimmage on the beach in my bare feet. It may be fun to play football on, but sand is not your friend, folks! 3 hours with my foot in the spa, pumicing, loofahing, acid peels, and eucerin slatherings later- and I think I can bear to walk around again! Just in time to go to bed and regain my strength for weekend activities.

Yeah, that's tough, hun.

I could never get my birthday off at work because I'd anger the whole office. We cook for everyone's birthday and have a potluck stlye buffet set up in the middle of the office all day. If a birthday person didn't show up, they'd get their car keyed.
