Hey there guys and gals I have been MIA here recently. My crazy internet filter for some reason will not let me access this site anymore. The only place that I can is from work. So I can not get on here to check anything much anymore. I am still dateless (for the moment anyways), making progress in the relationship with the young (beautiful, goddly) lady from Church. Spending time with her and her family on a few weekends just getting to know eachother and grow in fellowship. It's been great.

I got so nervous last night as I was locking up the shop. Her dad stoped by because he saw that my truck was still here, so he decsided to stop off and "talk" with me. I had a dream a few weeks ago about this moment and I was so nervous in the dream that I woke myself up from my heart beating so hard and fast.

Well we talked and he has pretty much approved me taking his daughter out to the picinic on Saterday. We will be wil mostly church family so I think that, that may have helped me out some. (there is an age difference I am 28 and she is still 19).

So please pray that everything will go well.

If she asks a question or makes a comment during class that you thought was good/intelligent, compliment her on it or ask for further elaboration after class. That's one possible way to get a conversation started.

Well I think she just added the class last week, since I hadn't seen her before then. Unfortunately it's just a tues/thurs class so I don't have many chances- and she wasn't there yesterday (of course, half the class wasn't there as we had a paper due). So, we'll see.

I'd just like to figure out the enigma of the girl that sits beside me in history. Not that I'm really interested or anything, heck I don't know the slightest thing about her. In the month since we started school I haven't gotten more than a sentence out of her. We have a project in the class that we can do with partners, I asked her if she'd like to work together on it "I don't know...." (which of course means no- by now she's signed up to work alone). Heck today we had test and I asked her if she was ready for it.. she just kinda shrugged.. heck, I don't think I've ever asked a girl that without getting a flood about how much they studied or how they're so not ready or whatever. So I don't know if she's stuck-up, extremely shy or just doesn't talk. It's just one of those annoying things

Heh, I usually turn to those people after a few of those encounters and spout off some smart remark about how I wish I'd remembered my jacket because it's absolutely frigid in the room or I'll ask them if anyone has ever told them that they talk too much. Usually, once they become offended, they don't shut up. Then you can just say, "There, was that so hard?"

Those are pipe dreams mate. That almost never happens.

I'm not really sure what I can say. Just ask the next one of these girls that you like out and see how well you guys get along. Chances are pretty high that they will think that's a good idea and go out with you. This doesn't even have to be the girl that will be your gf, but maybe it will be. Just go out with one of them. If you don't get along that well, then ask the other one out.

No big deal really.
