Afternoon all. I have had a busy morning....dog to the vet, me to the clinic for my first fill of my lap band. I am now on liquids for 24 hours. I can feel the difference already. Then it was off to my trainer, then back to pick up Bellie (she looks Bee-U-Tee-Ful!!!1). Down time for a few and then for a massage at @2PM. Then cover the plants we are expecting 3 nights of freeze. I would cover before massage but there is a nice steady wind that would blow them all off.
Hey Carole, you know my friend that had the same thing you did....she is doing just great. Her last values were the best ever. I let her know you were doing well also and she said..*Praise God*...and we do!
Ro, that was a great time. I miss our conventions. Zonies are the finest in the world!
Anyhow....have a wonderful day to the rest of you. Need to visit my 50's before I hit the showers...(have to warm up the muscles and get rid of the stink before my massage...she thanks me for that!)

Hi Gang!

I am nervous today - Boss man just canceled a meeting that might be the decision about our future. Sigh - I wonder if they sit like generals around a map and move us around with little sticks like they do armies? :lol It's tough to deal with and I just want to someone to tell me - "You have 6 months" or "We need you at least through the end of the year". Is that so darn hard?

Rats! That was a whine, wasn't it? Alright, NWLF09!!!

Today I am attempting the Y - but doing only weights and upper body. My ankle is still too sore for treadmill, bike or eliptical. I need to work out some tension, that's for sure. :lol :lol

I think I may do some painting today, too. I went through my folder of pictures and inspiration ideas, and I think I may do a black and white study of a sand dollar stuck in the sand. I have beach on the mind. What are you painting these days besides your mural?

Shelley - I am with you - I tend to kill stuff in my garden. I stick to flowers and herbs and things in pots. :lol Isn't it a great feeling when your house is clean? You deserve a "me" day for all that work!

Ro - Sorry you have more winter. We are actually going to get snow tomorrow...maybe some flurries. I hope so - we are snow deprived here this winter.
