I actually have crushes on a few women here (I mean, "here," as in, at CF in general... not on the Singles board... not at all.. especially not that smart, cute, funny one who.... err, I digress!)!

I actually had a relationship for over a year with a woman whom I first came into contact with at CF. We even came very close to marriage, but painfully for me, we ended up parting. After that, I don't know if I will ever even consider pursuing a woman that I "meet" online. Crushes are still ok though... and I can always dream!

Ok, at some point or another, everyone has had at least one crush in their life. And with the recent matchmaking thread, I'm going out on a limb and saying that some matches have been fulfilled. Either on purpose or accident. What are some crushes you all have had in your lives? Anyone brave enough to mention a fellow mate here on the boards...if not too embarassed.

Lucky for me, I had only one crush for the entire four years of high school. She knew it and we were friends. I was about two hours late asking her to senior prom, which stunk because she won prom queen. She told me years later she could have spared alot of hurt feelings if she had given me chance. She admitted she was weird in high school and had no idea what she wanted. A post script to the story, I actually ran into her over Christmas and surprising to me, is still single. I'll be in her town for a wedding later this year so we may try to catch up then. Who knew?

I wouldn't say this is a crush, but a certain regular poster on this forum has my attention. I say this, she has a very cute Southern accent.

I guess I do not get the big deal in sharing it is just online..but what do I know..

I haven't had too many crushes, only two. One is on a guy that I grew up in youth group with, I've liked him since I was a freshman, so that would be about six years. Last year we would talk for about two hours at least once a week, that unfortunately hasn't happened too much this year. And the second is on a guy that I met at school last year in my college group at church, he's not the type of guy I would usually be attracted to but there's just something about him. Crushes are funny like that sometimes
