  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Yesterday at church one of the ladies asked me to contribute to the annual craft sale held in October. And what did I say??? Yes:sigh: . She knew I had made some of the FunFur scarves last winter and and asked if I could do up a "few" (how many is a few?) as well as some doilies and "any other little things" I might think would sell. So, once I finish the Butterfly doily for me and the Hobo bag (it is on the Lion Brands site) for my daughter before school starts on the 8th of August, I get to start making things for this sale.

 When will I ever learn????

Ah, but think of the rewards of these projects. They're "out of this world". Bless you for your sacrifice of time and effort to help make your church's craft sale beneficial.

I would love to do something like that but that would mean my church would have to do that. That would be some much fun. The last thing i made was a wash cloth. It was a flower and i made the pattern up myself. I gave one to my friend and i stitched in "The Smith Kitchen" in the top of it.
