Creationist Forum?

Would it be good to create a creationists only forum?

  • I am a creationist and I believe it would be good

  • I am a creationist and I don't believe it would be good

  • I am not a creationist and I believe it would be good

  • I am not a creationist and I don't believe it would be good

  • I really don't care either way

This is a bit aggravating--my point is that I KNOW he is inaccurate in his statement, I make no judgement on HIM, but on his comment in Rule 1. If it is--at best--a mistake--then it calls into question other statements he might make--so asking him is exactly NOT what I am interested in--I have actually heard a historian (who was also a racist) tell me that the holocaust didn't happen. NOw why would I go to this historian and ask him to explain to me the primary causes behind the civil war--he has no credibility with me at all--does that make ANY more sense?

haha, okay i see. u don't want firsthand knowledge you just want to say he's bad. that's fine, but i have to say i like firsthand knowledge. i am not one to pass judgement one such a person unless i know why they make such a statement.

Please re-read my above post--It doesn't matter why--ITS WRONG, wrong can't be made right by motive

i did. and like i said, firsthand knowledge is important here. let me see.

his aim name is "thetkster" aim him and ask, he's a buddy and is open.
so either you've changed your mind that he was wrong--which is fine--or you cannot process the logic of what I've said.

Either way--it seems you don't need me in this conversation, you are adept at holding it by yourself.
I have an appointment out in the carport to talk to a brick wall--I'm hoping for better success there.
Once again, brother--welcome to CF--we may not agree on anything--but God loves you and so do I

either way:
Okay, I'll provide the link, but I know the auther does not want theistic evolutionists or evolutionists around. He says he "tolerates" a few of them now and then.

Please don't let me get in trouble though by being a troll. If you aren't sincere, just stay away. Also, make sure to say "tuffstuff" referred you as I get points for doing so. -tuff

just letting others know who are creationists and interested since this thread has gotten rather long, haha.

It's 26 for vs 19 against. So I've gone ahead and made the subforum. To be fair, I also made a TE subforum too.

How it should work is that YEC vs TE debates remain in the main parent forum, now called "Origins Theology".

The subforums are for more specific discussion and debates between the YECs and the TEs - no YEC vs TE debates in the subforums.

This should actually enhance discussion - I know there are specific YEC and TE issues that each party would like to discuss amongst themselves.

And what about those GAP theorists?

Or those who are vehemently opposed to evolution, but accept an old earth, like the "Reason to Believe" ministry?

Or those who accept evolution of creatures over a long time period, but who insist upon a Special Creation for humans?
Good questions, Vance. Unfortunately, the two subforums that have been set up as of this posting do not appear to answer those questions. Maybe they will become better defined as time goes by.....
