Apreciate the response legacy. :) At the very top there we start with the prokaryote. It's funny to mention that I wanted to talk about the prokarote many posts back. So the starting point of evolutionary theory is that all life we have to day starts with the prokarote? Is this a good starting point?

The chart read left to right, which if you look at the bottom of the chart is a time line.

SSt, CL. If you point out his misreading of the chart again you make it harder for him to ignore! You can't do that to him, that's cruel!

a species is never fully formed; it continues to evolve, to change, and to adapt. There is no 'fully' about it.

True. as long as it applies to all life including us humans. I just want to make that clear so ace doesn't say that we are all confused and cant agree on anything.

One could look at all life not being fully formed because we adapt and their is no definitive resolution, or one could say we are all fully formed because we have functioning parts to a whole. To be clear when you say fully formed you dont mean some bazaar mutant like fetus creature (I can only assume that's what creations mean by not being fully formed).

You are trying to bait me on what a theory is? I'm answering those worthy of meaningful discussions. Chill...

Then do it. This is what... your 4th red herring? explain where you got the idea that evolution is only a theory, and explain where you got the idea that transitional species are not fully formed.

There is a real world application to creation.....it would save lots of money on false evolutionary research that leads to nothing but dead ends and holes that make the theory of evolution look like a block of swiss cheese :)

evolution is more like a solid brick of American.

ID, however, could be compared to cheesecloth. =)

Ask the pharmaceutical industry how useless evolutionary theory is. Just because you don't understand something doesn't mean that nobody does.

Tack, remember the conversation we had the other day about reality not supporting your interpretation of scripture? This is another case where reality contradicts a Biblical interpretation, namely creationism.

You really need to learn the art of giving your beliefs a reality check before trying to convince others you are correct -- it would save you much embarrassment.

thats it? creationism is only good for fighting against real science? can you even support your claims about research that goes nowhere? you don't even know what applications evolution can be used for and you suddenly know what is a dead end?

DG waits for TB to explain how people pointing out bad logic is an attack

LOL.
No, it actually doesn't. It's just the vicious nature of the attacks I've noted in this thread. It's amusing.

When Creationism, bad science, is on the verge of being taught in public schools as science, science retaliates, and if creationists can call evolutionists atheists, devil worshippers, and kitten-feasters, then I don't know what science should be allowed to do.

Creationism has no room to talk; especially when it, in the form of Tackleberry, doesn't even know what evolution entails nor knows what evolution's applications are, a few of which include creating vaccines.

Creationism is not "on the verge" of being taught in public schools. Our moronic friends at the ACLU will never let that happen, nor will the liberals or the radical left. They will never let such a good thing happen.

And I know enough about evolution to know that Biblical creation makes a whole lot more sense and takes a whole lot less faith to believe in.

I like that you embodied Creationism in the form of me. I'll take that as a compliment, because I believe it and I'm proud of it.

Why would it be such a good thing?

And I know enough about evolution to know that Biblical creation makes a whole lot more sense and takes a whole lot less faith to believe in.

Personally, I've seen nothing to indicate you know that much.

What good does creationism do when it is misread as fact instead of a symbolic metaphor of realistic morality? And then taking youn gimpressionable minds and misleading them to believe creationism as fact, wen evolution and science are far more factual and much healthier for one's mind?

we should be nurturing children and educating them; not spreading more dogma thats not based upon facts, but upon faith.

I don't want my tax dollars going towards a sunday school class; thats what the offering plate is for.

Why is teaching a religious concept instead of science a good thing?

Really? Please show us some of the problems with evolution. And while you are at it please show us some evidence for creation. Because I'm sure you understand that even if evolution was shown to be false, it wouldn't make creationism true.
