Since the context is dinosaurs, that means that your misplaced "avian dinosaurs" co-existed with some of the earliest dinosaurs to ever walk the earth; and it would also mean that the Bible indeed places birds in the same category as dinosaurs. If you want to discuss what god to believe in then sure... faith is all you need. When it comes to reality then no... faith is useless. In fact, faith gets in the way because it blinds you to what really is.

So yeah, I'll assess you for what you are. Every time you apply your faith where it doesn't belong... that's when you should be taken with a grain of salt.
