Those of you have have seen some of my previous prayer request will pretty much know what I mean. I've talked to my preacher about finding a professional Christian counselor and work on some of my issues.

Its taken a lot to get me to this point and I'm ready to work on myself and my negativity. Its time to stop these negative thoughts and beliefs about myself. Its time to get better.

I actually feel a bit guilty cos ive only just joined up again after 5 years so am not sure what your difficulties are, but on a positive note, and as a counsellor myself to admit finally you need extra support is a good start to your healing. Accepting is the way forward and asking for help is your first step. Go for it love.
