no. in Orthodoxy, a priest and the Presbytera/Khouria/Matushka (his wife)are a compatible ministry, and the marriage must happen prior to his ordination.
His wife MUST be an Orthodox Christian, correct?

It is my understanding the EO does not accept marriages between a EO lay member and a non-Christian who never received water baptism? is that correct?

yes. it’s a joint ministry.

I would think that even if Catholics were to have women priests, they would still have to do away with clerical celibacy if they were going to have married women priests. So even from the Catholic side, this seems unlikely. But within Orthodoxy, a person cannot even be a candidate for ordination unless his wife is also Orthodox. So the answer is a categorical no for a multitude of reasons.
