  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Could anyone tell me if this is true?

Unfortunately I suspect it is.
What do you mean 'unfortunately'? it's wonderful news for the rest of the world, especially the 3rd world.

The world is becoming more and more complex so labourers will not be needed but the US is producing millions of them,
every problem they have now is only going to be multiplied if creationist have their way, half the population will be watching daytime TV and collecting unemployment benefit in their wheeled houses.
The billionaires will be proud of them for doing as they're told.

So dumbing down the US is a good thing?

What you said is ALL caused by non-creationists.
Do you know ANY government leader who is a creationist in either US or in Britain? I guess there is none. I think there is none in this world.
So, if you don't like the world, blame the non-creationists.

For the rest of the world yes, imagine if there was no religion is the US, the schools would be teaching things that benefit the students instead of holding them back, the young people of the world would not stand a chance against America, as it is the US is importing brains from all over the world, nearly half the students in American universities are from overseas.
Religion in the US is good news for the rest of the world, while they are dumbing down the rest of the world is moving forward.

UK has less (?) religion, so UK is better off?
How about Cuba or North Korea? It has NO religion there from the beginning.
China had no religion and it was weak. Now China has every religions, and it becomes much stronger.

US was founded on the base of religion, and she was strong.
US religion became more and more noisy, then she became weaker and weaker.
So, if the US became a creationism nation, then she would become a super strong nation.

Anyway you look at it at anywhere anytime, your logic is wrong.
The more religious, the stronger the nation.

Maybe in the past. Today it is more like appeasing the masses while the GOP shovels the money into the corporations and ships the jobs overseas while we argue over creationism.

While Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway are cesspools of crime, poverty and illiteracy.

Which is why the Chinese walked into Tibet...

Tibetan religion entered into China thousands of years ago. It is a major branch of Buddhism. Tibetan people united under that religion from the beginning till now. They are VERY strong people.

The separation of church and state is a big mistake.

Why do nations with the highest amount of Christians have the most crime?
