His disciples could not cast the dumb spirit out. No matter how skillful one can preach the Word of Truth, the wicked unbelievers hearts are hardened and will not hear. The only way they will learn is through God’s punishment upon their hearts.

(Mark 9:28 KJV) And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

Only when THEY…the wicked…. turn back to Him in their prayer of FAITH and fasting from evil and the evil speaking of the Truth can they be healed.

29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

The “fire” will not be quenched as long as they continue to malign the Truth and their brothers with their evil tongues.

(Mark 9:45 KJV) And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:

Where their “worm”…their tongue…dies not….neither will the fire be quenched. Their evil tongues will keep the "fire" of judgment from being quenched.

46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

It will be their evil tongue which will set them on “fire” of judgment and will keep them there until they humbly confess with their tongue that Jesus is Lord over their hearts.

(James 3:6 KJV) And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

NO MAN will be able to tame the unbeliever’s evil tongue. The disciples could not cast out the "dumb spirit" of the child. No matter how skillful one can preach the Word of Truth in their ears, only God’s judgment will stop their mouths from evil.

(James 3:8 KJV) But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

They will be the people of the church who will have no understanding of the Truth. They will not believe in it and so like the horse or as the mule, their mouths must be held with “bit and bridle.”

(Psa 32:8 KJV) I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked who will not control their tongues against the Truth. They shall suffer until every tongue shall confess the Truth. When the wicked finally trust in Jehovah, then mercy shall compass them about.

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

But there will be joy in the believer’s heart…those who will not need punishment.

11 Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

Unto God EVERY knee shall bow…..EVERY TONGUE shall swear….especially those tongues who will initially speak against Him in unbelief of His Truth.

(Isa 45:23 KJV) I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

Those who will hear and believe in His revealed Truth in this last day are blessed….for they will not listen to the words of the unbelievers in the church. They will not walk in the “counsel” of the ungodly. They will not scorn the Truth and those who will believe in it….they will not sit in the seat of the scornful.

(Psa 1:1 KJV) Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

The Just who will hear and believe and do the Truth shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water…the Water of Life. His leaf shall not wither.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The ungodly of the church will not be so…for they will mock…scorn….the Truth in this last time as they will follow after the lusts of their hearts. They will rebel and continue on…business as usual…only to suffer for their willful sins. The way of the ungodly shall perish…leaving them humbled and ashamed of their rebellion against His Truth. Every knee shall bow...every tongue shall confess unto God.

4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Again, the mouth will speak out of the abundance of the heart.

(Mat 12:34 KJV) O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

EVERY idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the coming Day of Judgment. Those words will come forth at the preaching of the revealed Truth in this last day. The Truth shall reveal what is in each religious man’s heart….whether it be good or bad. His response either for or against the Truth shall determine his fate…

36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

For by our words FOR the Truth shall we be justified and by our words AGAINST His Truth shall we be judged. The Truth shall reveal what is in each man’s heart…for he shall speak it in the Day of Judgment.

37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue.

(Prov 18:21 KJV) Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

That is why EVERY man is to be swift to hear with his ears….but slow to speak…slow to wrath…against the revealing of the Truth in this last day. The revealed Truth is not his church fathers’ “truth.”

(James 1:19 KJV) Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

Like Cain, religious man will be full of wrath to hear that his religious works and thoughts are not respected by Him. They are the works of the “ground”…works of the natural man…works of Adam.

20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Religious man must overcome his desire to speak out in his wrath and pride against the Truth in this last day. Sin will lie at the “door” of his mouth…but he must overcome his wrath and urge to speak and humbly receive with meekness the engrafted Word of Truth which is able to save his soul.

21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

He must be a DOER of the Word of Truth and not just a hearer.

22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

For he that will love life and see good days is to REFRAIN his tongue from speaking evil against the Truth in this last day.

(1 Pet 3:10 KJV) For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Whoever will keep his mouth and his tongue shall keep his soul from the troubles that will come upon them if they had spoken. For religious man shall be judged by his own evil words against the Truth.

(Prov 21:23 KJV) Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

A fool’s mouth is his destruction….

(Prov 18:7 KJV) A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.

A perverse tongue shall fall into mischief. The mouth will speak what is in the heart at the revelation of the Truth….the Day of Judgment. The tongue will bring the judgment upon them.

(Prov 17:20 KJV) He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.

In the Day of Judgment….in the day that the Truth has been revealed for religious man to hear with his ears, the speaking of the evil tongue against the Truth shall set on fire the “course of nature” for him. He will experience bad things….sorrow of heart, tribulation and anguish will be upon him for his rebellion against the Truth. Those who will speak evil of the Truth and his brothers who will do the Truth shall be set on “fire of hell”…Gehenna…for their sins and transgressions….for their rebellion against the Truth.

(James 3:6 KJV) And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

Whoever will blaspheme….vilify…against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven. His own wickedness will come back upon his own head. As long as he continues to resist the Spirit of Truth, he shall suffer from his sins and plagues that will come upon him.

(Luke 12:10 KJV) And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.

Remember the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. Jesus had told the Pharisees that parable in response to them “deriding” him. They mocked him….they thought and spoke evil against him…..against Jesus who is the Truth. This will apply to those of the churches today who will also do likewise.

(Luke 16:14 KJV) And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.

How will they escape the judgment of Gehenna? A “serpent” speaks….

(Mat 23:33 KJV) Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

They will be “born” from the hearing of the heavenly Word of Truth. The Truth shall bring forth their wicked speaking…their lies…out of their hearts.

(Psa 58:3 KJV) The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.

Their tongues shall speak poison like the poison of a serpent…they will stop up their ears from hearing the revealed Truth.

4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;

The tongue for them will be an unruly evil…full of poison. The preachers of the Truth in this last day will not be able to tame their tongues. God must do it through His judgments. They will learn His righteousness when His judgments are in the “earth”…in their hearts.

(James 3:8 KJV) But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

It was the rich man’s TONGUE that was responsible for his torment. Things will be no different today. The tongue will bring torment to those who in their religious prideful, covetous hearts will speak out against the Truth in the coming Day of Judgment. They will be the resisting-of-the-Truth, evil-speaking church leaders and their followers. Lazarus represents those who will hear and do the Truth in this last day. They will BELIEVE in the Truth…..which is being in the bosom of Abraham…for Abraham BELIEVED God and it was credited to him as righteousness. They shall receive His good things…while the tongues of the wicked shall receive bad.

(Luke 16:23 KJV) And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

Lazarus represents the church people who have “laid at the gates” of their rich pastors and leaders. They lay at the “gates” of their mouths. They have listened and followed their teachings…their words…which has brought upon them the “sores”…the envy, strife, hatred, divisions. The church leaders have grown rich off of the “poor” of the church. They are poor in Spirit and no know better for they listen to deceit and are taken advantage of.

(Luke 16:20 KJV) And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

The “poor” in the churches have desired to be fed with their “crumbs”….

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

But the “beggar” will “die”….not literally though. “Lazarus” means “God helps.” “Lazarus” will hear the Truth and crucify the “old man” within him. The messengers of the Truth…the “angels”… shall preach the Truth to them so that they be taken away from the mouths of the rich church leaders…away from their “gate”…and they may finally rest in true righteousness….into Abraham’s bosom. The promises made to Abraham shall be upon them.

(Luke 16:22 KJV) And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

The righteous shall be taken away from those who are currently living and preaching in error. “Lazarus”…those people of the church who will hear and do the Truth…shall be taken away from the evil that will come upon the “rich men” of the church who will resist the Truth.

(Isa 57:1 KJV) The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.

“Lazarus” shall enter into His peace….they shall find rest from their previous church troubles as they will walk in true uprightness.

2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.

But those who will resist and speak evil of the Truth shall find trouble…torment...tribulation and anguish…sorrow of heart. Their will be no rest for the wicked who will speak out against the Truth in this last day…in the Day of Judgment.

3 But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the harlot.

They will open their mouths WIDE against Him…they will draw out their tongue against His Truth.

4 Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood,

They had received their good things…their riches….their desires…while their congregations have suffered envy, strife, divisions and hatred. But in the Day of Judgment, those who will hear and do the Truth shall receive comfort while they who resist shall be “tormented” by their own wickedness.

(Luke 16:25 KJV) But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

What will separate the righteous from the wicked of the church will be the “great gulf fixed.” The OPEN MOUTH of the wicked shall keep them in their “torment.” As long as they will speak evil against the Truth, there will be tribulation upon them.

26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

Their opened mouth shall bring them down. The “mean man” of the church shall be brought down…the mighty man of the church shall be humbled. All of religious man’s pride shall be brought down. God shall judge the resisters…those whose mouths shall be opened up against Him…..the “great gulf fixed.” Their “tongues” shall bring them “torment”…and this will continue as long as their mouths are open against Him. He will shut their mouths.

(Isa 5:14 KJV) Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.
15 And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled:
16 But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.

They will not listen to the testimony of the righteous…they will not listen to the preaching of the revealed Truth by “Lazarus”….because of their UNBELIEVING hard hearts.

(Luke 16:27 KJV) Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:

No matter how skillful one is in preaching the Word of Truth…they will not listen to the testimony of “Lazarus” because of their UNBELIEF.

28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

Just as the Pharisees did not listen to Jesus….who rose from the dead, the modern-day Pharisees shall not also listen to those who will have crossed from “death” to true Life in this last day. They will not hear and repent and must be judged in the heart by God for their sins. The fire of torment is reserved for those who will not believe and for those who will not do the Truth.

30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

They will not hear the witnesses of the Bible….Moses and the prophets….neither will they be convinced by those who hear and preach the Word of Truth to them. God has to convince them by His judgment upon them. Their sins and plagues shall come upon them and so will have to turn themselves to Him to be healed.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

The “offenses” shall come. Religious church men shall rise up against the Truth in this last day…only to suffer the consequences for their rebellion. Woe unto them! Their own tongues...their open mouths...will be responsible for their troubles.

17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

We are to lift up His Truth in our hearts and souls. We are to exalt the revealed Truth in our preaching.

(John 3:14 KJV) And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

If the Truth be preached from out of our hearts….lifting Him up from the “earth” of our hearts, then ALL men will draw unto Him.

(John 12:32 KJV) And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

By hearing the Word of Truth, man can put to death the “old man” of religion who is corrupt in envy, strife, hatred.

33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.
34 The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?

The Truth in our hearts must be lifted up by our preaching of the Truth…the Light. We are to share the Light with others. We are to walk in the Spirit while we have the Light….lest the darkness come upon us.

35 Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

The Light is the Truth…Christ Jesus….which is lifted up by our preaching of Him. We are to believe in the Light when we hear him being preached in this last day. We are to do the Truth and become the children of Light. IF we do not believe, then he will hide himself from us….then “darkness” will come upon our hearts….as judgment.

36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

They did not believe on him...the Truth...

37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

Those with an honest and good heart will put the Light upon a candlestick. They will bring fruit with patience by preaching His Word of Truth in this last day. They will preach it to others so that they may also see the Light. We are to lift Him up in our voices…our preaching…so that others may be drawn to Him….so that others may see His Light. We don’t hide the Truth under things…but we exalt it…. setting it on a “candlestick” for others to also see the Light.
.
(Luke 8:15 KJV) But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
16 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.

We are to speak His Truth in the Light for others to hear. We are to repeat what we hear Him preaching to us. We are to “lift” Him up…upon the housetops.

(Mat 10:27 KJV) What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

We will hear His voice from heaven. We will hear with our ears His Word of Truth through those who are sent to preach the Light to them. When we hear His voice with our ears…that is “heaven.” The “firmament” expands at the hearing of His Word of Truth. His revealed Word of Truth is like a great hammer that pounds the “firmament”…our ears. We are to hear His instruction in this last day.

(Deu 4:35 KJV) Unto thee it was showed, that thou mightest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside him.

From “heaven” He makes us hear His voice. We hear with our ears. And upon “earth” He will show us His great fire….upon our hearts we shall “see” His great fire.

36 Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he showed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire.

As we hear Him reveal His Word of Truth, our hearts will “burn” within us. We shall hear His words out of the “midst of the fire.” His “great fire” will be in our hearts as we hear with our ears…from “heaven”…His revealing of the Word of Truth in this last day. The two disciples hearts burned as they heard Jesus talk to them…as He opened up the Scriptures to them.

(Luke 24:32 KJV) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

For His Word of Truth is like a “burning fire” in our hearts…..

(Jer 20:9 KJV) Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.

Like Peter, we are to lift Him up in our voice for others to hear. We are to preach what we hear the Spirit of Truth say to us in this last day.

(Acts 2:14 KJV) But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

Dear “Handmaiden,”

He shall pour out His Spirit upon us and we shall “prophesy.” We shall preach His revealed Word of Truth….for the Spirit shall show us things to come by through the true understanding of the Scriptures. We are to preach the things that are to come for the church.

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

He will reveal His secret to his servants before He will do it….and we are to preach it to others (prophesy) so that they may act upon it.

(Amos 3:7 KJV) Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Who will not hear His voice and FEAR? When we hear His voice, who can but prophesy what they hear?

8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

He will show wonders in the “heaven” above. We shall hear with our ears His voice…His wonderful interpretation of the Scriptures. And He will show signs in the “earth” beneath…..in our HEARTS. His “great fire” will burn in our hearts as we hear His voice speaking to us in this last day. The “vapor of smoke” = fear and awe in our hearts.

Acts 2:19 And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

For all those men who heard the “noise abroad” with their ears came together and were “confounded.”

(Acts 2:5 KJV) And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

Their hearts burned with His great fire….they were amazed and marveled at the hearing of His Word of Truth….at the hearing of His voice.

7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

He will show “wonders in heaven above”…in the ears of them did they behold God’s wonderful works.

(Acts 2:11 KJV) Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

He shall show “signs in the earth beneath”….they were amazed in their hearts…the “fire” upon the earth…they were in “doubt”…the “vapor of smoke.”

(Acts 2:12 KJV) And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

And the “blood”….The Word of God “pierces” the heart…..

(Acts 2:37 KJV) Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

It is the Sword...the TRUE Word of God....that shall pierce through our souls in order that the thoughts of many may be revealed.

(Luke 2:34 KJV) And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

For the Word of God is LIVING and is sharper than any two-edged sword….piercing our souls…..discerning the thoughts and intents of every heart.

(Heb 4:12 KJV) For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Some of the men who had gathered together to hear the disciples speak the Word of Truth through the Spirit mocked them…they did not believe. The Word revealed what was in their hearts….

(Acts 2:13 KJV) Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

They crucified the Truth ……

(Acts 2:36 KJV) Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

One of the signs in the earth beneath....blood. They were pierced in their hearts......

37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

It is His blood that cleanses us from all of our sins....

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

If we hear His voice TODAY...the preaching of the Word of Truth by the Holy Spirit, let us not harden our hearts in unbelief….

(Heb 3:7 KJV) Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.

One of the signs in the “earth” …in the “earth” of our hearts…as we hear His Word of Truth is the “fire” that burns within us.

(Acts 2:19 KJV) And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

Let us not extinguish this “fire”…..let us not quench the Spirit. Let us instead fan the “flames” that burns within us as we hear His Word of Truth. Let us love the Truth with all of our hearts.

(1 Th 5:19 KJV) Quench not the Spirit.

Let us not despise the “prophesyings” of those who preach the revealed Word of Truth in this last day.

20 Despise not prophesyings.

For those who will hear the Spirit of Truth in this last day will repeat what He says for others to hear. They will preach the Scripture of Truth as interpreted by Him. Let us not despise their words.

(Acts 2:18 KJV) And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

When we harden our hearts and speak wickedly of their preaching of the Word of Truth in this last day, we despise “prophesying.” We extinguish the fire of the Truth within our hearts. We “crucify” the Truth by doing so. The word “crucify” figuratively means “to extinguish (subdue) passion.” Let us not extinguish His great fire of the Truth within our hearts. Let us not stop up our ears from hearing the Truth and harden our hearts because of unbelief.

stauroo, stow-ro'-o; from G4716; to impale on the cross; fig. to extinguish (subdue) passion or selfishness:--crucify.

When we hear the revealed Word of Truth, the eyes of our understanding are enlightened. We taste of the heavenly gift…..tasting the good Word of God…as opposed to the words of error religious man speaks.

(Heb 6:4 KJV) For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

But if we fall away from it in our unbelieving, unrepentant hardness of heart…or obey religious man commandments rather than God…..we “crucify” to ourselves the Son of God. When we speak and act against the Truth we put him to an open shame.

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

But if our heart….the “earth”…drink in the rain of the Word of Truth that comes often upon it and it brings forth “herbs”….fruits of righteousness…we receive blessing from God. We can preach His Word of Truth for others.

7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

But those who will bring forth rejection of the Truth….those who pierce the Truth with their evil speaking….will be near unto the Judgment. How can they be forgiven if they will continue to bad-mouth the Truth (putting Him to open shame)….continuously crucifying the Truth to their selves?

8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

Let us seek Him EARLY….and not later when His judgments are in the “earth” of the heart. Let us not learn righteousness the hard way…let us BELIEVE and DO the revealed Word of Truth in this last day as we receive it.

(Isa 26:9 KJV) With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

The wicked will be those of the church who will resist the Truth in their hard and unrepentant heart. They will speak evil of it…. crucifying (present tense) the Truth to themselves. The “rain” of the Truth will also fall upon their ears….but they will not learn righteousness that way. But in His judgment upon their hearts they will learn.

10 Let favour be showed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

The wicked will persecute those who will hear and do the Truth in this last day. He sends the “rain” of the Word of Truth on the just as well as those “unjust” …the unbelievers of the church. All of us will hear the Truth, but who will receive it in FAITH and DO the Truth?

(Mat 5:44 KJV) But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Let us hear His will with our ears (as it is in heaven)…..and do His will within our hearts (the earth.) Let our hearts DO as what we hear the Word of Truth saying to our ears in this last day.

(Mat 6:9 KJV) After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

We are to “give ear”…o ye “heavens”…and let our hearts….the “earth”… hear and DO the preaching of the Word of Truth.

(Deu 31:30 KJV) And Moses spake in the ears of all the congregation of Israel the words of this song, until they were ended.
32:1 Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.

For He will give the “rain” upon all….the believers and the unbelievers…the just and the unjust….the evil and the good.

2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
3 Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

We are to purify our hearts…..and draw near to Him.

(James 4:8 KJV) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

We are to rend our hearts and turn to Him…. lip service alone can not save us. We are to draw near to Him in our hearts.....not just our mouths.

(Mat 15:7 KJV) Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Lip service alone is akin to the sacrifices of bulls and goats which cannot cleanse us from our sins.

(Heb 10:4 KJV) For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

(Heb 10:8 KJV) Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

The sacrifice of the “bulls” of our lips alone aren’t enough…..we need to turn to the Lord with all of our hearts, minds and souls.

(Hosea 14:2 KJV) Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

When we turn with ALL of our hearts, then we can offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually…..the fruit of our lips….the sacrifice of our lips.

(Heb 13:15 KJV) By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

We are to have a broken spirit…..a broken and a contrite heart….these are the sacrifices of God.

(Psa 51:17 KJV) The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

THEN He shall be pleased with the sacrifices of the “bulls” of our lips…..

19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

The Lord sends the Spirit of Truth to those who will hear with the ear what the Spirit is saying in this last day.

(John 16:12 KJV) I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

The Spirit of Truth shall guide us into ALL Truth. We shall know the Scripture of Truth…. and we shall speak what we hear the Spirit saying in the Scriptures. We shall rightly divide the Word of God by repeating what the Spirit says who repeats what the Lord says.

13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.
16 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.

The Spirit came upon the disciples on the day of Pentecost….

(Acts 2:1 KJV) And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

…and there appeared unto them cloven tongues like FIRE……

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

…and they began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. They were His ministers of “flaming fire.”

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

They spoke the revealed Word of Truth as revealed by the Spirit of Truth. They rightly divided the Word of God ….the “cloven” tongue. The disciples repeated the words of the Spirit which brought His “fire” into the hearts of the listeners who were present. There were signs in the “earth”…in the hearts of those listeners. FIRE was a sign in the “earth.”

(Acts 2:18 KJV) And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
19 And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

He makes His ministers a “flaming fire”….for the listening heart shall see His “great fire” within them. We are to be His messengers….messengers of the Word of Truth….His ministers of flaming fire.

(Psa 104:4 KJV) Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

Jesus is that Prophet we are to listen to in this last day. His disciples preach His words.

(Deu 18:15 KJV) The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
16 According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
17 And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.

The Father’s words are in his mouth….and the Spirit of Truth repeats what is said for us to hear and obey. We share in His preaching in this last day. We repeat what the Spirit is saying in the Scripture of Truth.

18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

We are to hear His words and obey…..

19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

But there will be false teachers who will deny His Word of Truth in this last day.

20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

They will deny the Lord who had bought them. They will oppose and contradict the revealed Word of Truth.

(2 Pet 2:1 KJV) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Who should we listen to? How shall we know the Word which Jehovah has NOT spoken? This is a hint: If “thou say in thine HEART….” The evidence will be in the heart….the sign will be in the HEART...or the lack of the sign in the heart.

Deu 18: 21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?

If a prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the “thing follow not nor come to pass”…then Jehovah has not spoken. The “thing” would be the “fire.” The words of the false prophets will not bring His fire into our hearts.

22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

The words that the false prophet will speak will not bring the sign of “fire” in the heart of the listener.

(Acts 2:19 KJV) And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

A true messenger of God will make our hearts burn.....be set on fire. A false prophet will not.

(Luke 24:32 KJV) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

The false prophets are thieves and robbers and the sheep do not hear them.

(John 10:8 KJV) All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

The gospel…the good news….comes to us not in word ONLY….but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance. This evidence is within our hearts.

(1 Th 1:4 KJV) Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.
5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

The preaching of the Word of Truth comes not with enticing words of man’s wisdom….religious man’s preaching…but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

(1 Cor 2:4 KJV) And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to every one that will believe in the Truth in this last day. The signs are in our hearts.

(Rom 1:16 KJV) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

And what is the gospel….the good news of Christ…who is the Truth?

(Luke 4:17 KJV) And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

The gospel is that of deliverance to the captives, the recovering of sight to the blind and to set at liberty them that are bruised….to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. Religious man has captivated many in his errors….in his sins…in his missing of the mark of the Truth. Religious man has kept many in his prison of envy, strife, divisions and hatred….and many need to be delivered from them. They are to be delivered by the preaching of the Truth in this last day. They are to cross over from this “death”…from hating one another…into “life”… into loving one another in unity in the Spirit. We are to be delivered from the mind of the natural man…who leans upon his own fleshly wisdom of the Scriptures.

18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

The Spirit of the Lord will rest upon us so that we many teach the SPIRITUAL things of the Scriptures in this last day. That Spirit is of God and not of the spirit of religious man’s world.

(1 Cor 2:12 KJV) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

The natural minded man will not receive the things of the Spirit of God for they are foolishness unto him. Unbelieving religious man will instead keep on relying upon his own biblical wisdom. He will turn his ears away and harden his heart to the Truth. The natural man looks upon the outward appearance of the Word and will not perceive the inner spiritual meanings that are relevant to our salvation today. The natural mind needs to repent....to change the mind.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The natural minded man looks for literal, external events to happen. He looks up into the literal clouds expecting the return of Christ. The natural mind looks for literal earthquakes and literal signs in this literal earth. He looks for literal signs in the heavens above his head. The natural mind looks for a literal resurrection of the dead….he looks for the literal destruction of the external world. Some even set dates for His coming and judgment. The natural man looks for things outside himself by his external understanding of the Scriptures. He misses the mark entirely. The Truth is spiritual. The kingdom of God is WITHIN us…it comes NOT by external observation.

(Luke 17:20 KJV) And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

The kingdom of God is WITHIN us.

21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The kingdom of God is at hand….it is near…to those who will repent….who will change their minds from the natural to the spiritual….and will BELIEVE after hearing the good news in this last day.

(Mark 1:14 KJV) Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

We are to repent…to change our minds…and believe in the gospel. We are to change the natural mind for the spiritual at the preaching of His Word of Truth. We are to forsake the natural mind way of thinking and put on the mind of Christ.

15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

Those who will leave their own natural-minded religious teachings….their “nets”…and come after the revealed, spiritual Truth in this last day can be made into TRUE fishers of men. They can preach His revealed, spiritual Word of Truth by the Spirit.

17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

The kingdom of God is in our hearts. He is to rule over our hearts entirely. We are to receive the Truth…believe and DO it…and let Him rule over our hearts. We are to REPENT….which means to “CHANGE THE MIND.” We have been born of man’s natural mind….of the corruptible. The natural mind was first….then afterward is the SPIRITUAL. We are to repent…to change the mind….from the natural to the spiritual at the sounding of the trumpet of the Truth in this last day….at the preaching of His spiritual Truth.

(1 Cor 15:44 KJV) It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Christ Jesus…the Truth…is the life-giving Spirit. He will renew us in the knowledge of Him.

45And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

As we have borne the image of the earthly man, we shall bear the image of the heavenly at the hearing and believing of the spiritual Truth.

49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

The flesh and blood , literal-thinking, natural-minded, corruptible man cannot inherit the kingdom of God. He must repent….he must change his mind in order to inherit the kingdom of God. We must worship Him in Truth and Spirit.

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

We who believe are to preach the kingdom of God. We are to lift His Truth up…..putting the Light upon a candlestick for others to see.

(Mark 4:21 KJV) And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
23 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

We are to pay attention to the preaching of the Truth. Unto those who will have ears to hear…who will continue to pay close attention…more shall be given. We shall understand more and more of His Scripture of Truth....more shall be given.

24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

For those who will not hear with their ears…but rather turn their ears from hearing the Truth, what little they have understood will eventually be removed out of their hearts. Church riches, cares of this religious world, the tongues of natural-minded church men will remove or make unproductive what was sown in our hearts.

25 For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

The kingdom of God is within….in our hearts. The “seed” is Christ Jesus who is the revealed Truth in this last day. When we preach His Truth, the Seed is cast into the “ground” of people’s hearts of those who hear attentively with their ears.

26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

We are to preach the revealed Word of Truth in this last day….continually sowing the Seed of Christ into other people's hearts. Yet, it is God who brings the growth within their hearts. He gives the increase.

27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

The “earth”…the heart of those who will continue to hear …shall bring forth the Branch or Sprout of the Truth….having faith in what they hear. Then eventually it brings forth His righteousness. Those who will hear attentively, the kingdom of God will grow up in our hearts until He rules over our entire hearts in all His peace, love and joy. His kingdom shall rule over our entire hearts.

28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

And when the fruits of righteousness are fully brought forth in the HEART, He immediately sends the “sickle.” The “sickle” is the gathering hook of the tongue. When the kingdom of God is fully established in our hearts, then we can be preachers of the Word of Truth to others……harvesting others for Him. We are to be His fishers of men…gathering in the net of the Word of Truth. He will give us a "sickle"....the mouth that will preach the Word of Truth that will harvest others.

29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

Let us follow the Truth in this last day…and He will make us “fishers of men”…He will make us His “harvesters” of men.

(Mark 1:17 KJV) And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

We are to IMMEDIATELY forsake the “nets” of religious men and follow Him.

18 And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.

The Bible is a spiritually-discerned book….understood ONLY by the teaching of the Spirit of Truth. All of man’s “biblical” wisdom must be cast down in the presence of His revealed knowledge…His spiritual revelation of the Scripture of Truth. The spiritual preaching of the Word of God is powerful in our hearts and minds….and we must deny our own thoughts in order for Him to rule our hearts. The spiritually-discerned Word of God in the mind of Christ comes with POWER in our hearts.

(2 Cor 10:3 KJV) For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

It casts down all of religious man’s imaginations and every high thing that will exalt itself against this spiritual knowledge of God. It will bring into captivity EVERY thought to the obedience of Christ. All of religious man’s teachings which are based on his natural-minded understanding of the Scriptures will be cast down in us as we hear and believe in His spiritual Truth. We have let religious man’s naturally-minded teachings occupy our hearts and minds. Our thoughts must become His thoughts. God is to be worshipped in SPIRIT and Truth. He is to be King over our hearts, minds and souls.

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

And once every imagination is cast down and His knowledge rules over us...when our obedience to His knowledge is fulfilled in our hearts and minds, then we can be preachers of the Truth……then we can preach His Word with His power.

6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The natural mind of religious man looks after the outward appearance of the Scriptures. The natural mind sees the parables as the literal reality and misses the mark.

7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's.

The natural mind of Nicodemus….a teacher of Israel….questioned how must a man be literally born again. The natural mind sees the outward appearance of the Word of God and imagines confusing things….not spiritually discerning what is truly being said.

(John 3:3 KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh. Man’s religious teachings are born of the natural mind and is flesh….it is corruptible. It brings envy, strife, divisions, hatred into the church. Naturally-minded men debate and strive over fleshly-understood words …not understanding the spiritual things of God that are hidden behind the words.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

We must be “born again”…not of naturally-minded man’s religious teachings but of His heavenly wisdom which is from above.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

We must be born again….not of the corruptible seed of religious man’s wisdom which is from below but of the incorruptible, spiritual, revealed Word of God which is LIVING and comes from above. We must repent…to change the mind…we must put on the mind of Christ to understand these things.

(1 Pet 1:22 KJV) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Religious man’s wisdom is from “below”….it comes from the imagination of his own heart. He sees the outward appearance of the Scriptures and builds his religious empires upon his own understanding. He imagines external events…..such as a literal resurrection of the dead out of the literal ground. But our faith should not stand in the wisdom of man but in the power of God that will be evident in our hearts as we hear the revealed, heavenly wisdom of God with our ears. Let us not harden our hearts.

(1 Cor 2:4 KJV) And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

For the true, spiritual Word of God will speak His heavenly wisdom among those who are made perfect….by humbling the heart to His Truth. This wisdom has been hidden from religious man. The “princes of this world” = the unbelieving church leaders who will go on trusting in their own wisdom…exalting their own imaginations against His Truth.

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

There is a hidden mystery of the Word….hidden behind parables. The natural mind of religious man only looks upon the outward appearance of it. His imagination runs wild….he has built his religious denominations upon those things imagined. He has made doctrines and commandments based upon his own erroneous imagination. But God’s knowledge shall be revealed in this last time unto His glory. We shall share in His glory….. we are to be His preachers of the hidden wisdom which shall be revealed from above.

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

The “princes of this world”…the resisters of the spiritual Truth in the church…..will crucify the Truth to themselves. They will extinguish the Truth from their ears ….and from their hearts. They will stop up their ears. The sun shall be darkened to them because of the blindness of the hearts. God’s heavenly wisdom will not concur with their earthly wisdom of the Bible and so they will oppose it. Yet God’s heavenly revealed knowledge shall cast down their exalted things….their imaginations.

8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

It is by His Spirit that we shall know the deep things of God. We shall understand His Word as it was meant to be understood…..comparing SPIRITUAL things with SPIRITUAL.

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

The spirit of this world reads the Scriptures with the natural mind. He sees a Hollywood version and expects literal things. No man knows His things other than by the teaching of His Spirit.

11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

But the deep things of God are revealed by His Spirit. What the natural mind of man teaches is from the imagination of his own heart. The natural man relies on his fleshly understanding of the Scriptures and will seek to cling onto those things that will eventually perish.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

The Word of God is to be SPIRITUALLY discerned. The natural mind of religious man insists on taking the things he reads literally….and so misses the mark.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The “dead” shall hear the voice of the Son of God in this last day. The “dead” are not the literal dead….but those who have fallen “asleep” in religious man’s naturally-minded teachings with the accompanying envy, strife and hatred of one another. They shall hear His “voice” by the preaching of the true, revealed Word of God. This hidden wisdom shall be revealed for all of us to hear and consider and believe in. Those who will hear shall “live.” They shall cross over from the current “death”…from religious man’s hatred, strife and envying….unto true “life”….being unified by unfeigned love for one another.

(John 5:25 KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

All those who are in the “graves” of religious man’s ways and thoughts shall hear His voice….as His messengers will be sent to them to preach the revealed Word of God. They shall be sent forth to gather His elect together in a unified mind and body…in Christ Jesus. The Truth will no longer stay hidden behind parables.

28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

All shall come forth…..for all men shall be drawn to the revealed Truth…either for the Truth or against it. Some shall stand up into true life by hearing and DOING the Truth. They shall be drawn to Him by their love of the Truth. Others will come forth to reject…to oppose…to be contentious of the Truth. They will seek to save their lives…their naturally-minded ways and thoughts. They will seek to keep the status quo of this current religious system. They will speak evil of the Truth and will seek to keep others of the church away from it by their persecutions and great, swelling, alluring words. They shall be judged by their own words.

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

As He hears religious man’s response to the revealed Truth in this last day, so He judges…and His judgment is just. Religious man who will rise up to oppose the Truth will be seeking his own will and not the Father’s.

30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.

Our works are to be done for Him and not religious man’s will. Religious man seeks his own will. Doing religious man’s will = being in the “grave.” Whatever our hand finds to do, do it as to the Lord and not unto religious man...the "grave."

(Col3:23 KJV) And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

We are to do His works of righteousness with all of our might in this last day when we will hear and His revealed Truth. For there is no true works of righteousness, no device, no true knowledge, no true wisdom in the “graves” where we currently WALK in religious mans errors. “Whither thou goest” = where you are WALKING.

(Eccl 9:10 KJV) Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.

We are to walk worthy of God who shall call us unto His kingdom and glory in this last day.

(1 Th 2:12 KJV) That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.

We are to receive His revealed Word as we hear it spiritually by the teaching of the Spirit of Truth in this last day. We are to receive His Word in this last day......not as the word of the current religious establishment of men by which we have previously put our faith in. We are to receive the true sayings of God….the true Word of God as spoken by the Spirit. And we shall know the Truth by how it affects our hearts….it “effectually works” within those who will believe. There will be no denying this in our hearts.

13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Many currently walk in the “grave” of religious man…..where there is no true understanding…there is no true works of righteousness…there is no true wisdom. By knowing and doing the Truth in this last day, we shall no longer walk in their “graves.:

(1 Pet 4:3 KJV) For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

There is no understanding in the vanity of their minds….and we are to NO LONGER walk as they walk….in the “grave” of the old man of religion.

(Eph 4:17 KJV) This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

We are to put off the old man of religion which is corrupt. We have been in his "grave" of no true understanding of the spiritual things of God. We have been doing his "dead works" in his "grave."

22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

We are to be RENEWED in the SPIRIT of our minds. We are to repent...change the mind....from the natural mind to the mind of Christ.

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

“Death” is not to be literally understood in the Scriptures. It is spiritually discerned through the Spirit of Truth. “Death” is not having love for one another….the envy, strife and hatred that kill the compassion we would otherwise have in our hearts for one another. The teachings of religious man….which originate from his natural mind….keep people in the “grave.” Religious men strive and debate erroneous theological doctrines. But the “dead”….those who are currently living in religious man’s envy, strife and hatred…are to pass from “death” unto “life” by the revealing of the Truth…Christ Jesus…in this last day.

(1 John 3:14 KJV) We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

To be carnally minded is “death.” Many in the churches currently live in envying, strife and divisions. They need to be “awakened” from their “sleep” that they are in. The Truth shall awaken them. The Truth shall set them free.

(1 Cor 3:3 KJV) For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

To be carnally minded is “death”….but to be SPIRITUALLY minded is Life and peace. Having the mind of Christ = minding the things of the Spirit = life and peace.

(Rom 8:5 KJV) For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

The “dead” cannot please God….

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

The “grave” of religious man cannot praise Him. “Death” cannot celebrate Him.

(Isa 38:18 KJV) For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth.

Only the “living” can praise Him.

19 The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth.

The “living” love one another and know God….for love is of God.

(1 John 4:7 KJV) Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

The “living” please Him….they do His commandments….to love one another in the Truth….and believing on the “name”…or the authority….of His Son. We are to have faith in the revealed Truth in this last day….and to love one another.

(1 John 3:22 KJV) And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

God is God of the “living” because they do what He commands them…. to believe in His Truth and to love one another. The “dead” do not praise Him…they do not please Him as they live in envying, strife and hatred that is so prevalent today among the churches.

(Mark 12:27 KJV) He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.

Jesus tells the seven churches that He has the keys of “hell”….the “grave”…and “death.” He comes to release the prisoners from religious man’s “death.” He comes to open the tombs of those who have been lying in the “death” of naturally-minded men. Many of his people have been “asleep” in “death”…but He shall raise them into His true Life. Jesus is the pattern that many in the churches have taken. Many have been buried in His death….but shall rise into His Life. The Truth shall set us free.

(Rev 1:18 KJV) I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Jesus had given His people the commandment to love one another. This is the “doctrine of Christ”….to love one another.

(John 13:34 KJV) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Whosoever has not abided in the doctrine of Christ….to love one another…has not God. God is love…and those who do not love know not God.

(2 John 1:9 KJV) Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

Those of the church who do not love one another do not have God…for God IS LOVE. They know not God. God is not God to the “dead”…to those who have no love for one another. But, the many in the churches are to be reconciled to Him through Jesus….the Truth…the Knowledge of God…the Wisdom of God…the Son of God.

(1 John 4:8 KJV) He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Fortunately, those of the churches who are “dead”….without God…. have the Son who is the propitiation for their sins. The Father has sent and sends him NOW into the religious world that is bogged down in envying, strife and hatred so that they may truly LIVE through Him. He sends the Truth…Jesus Christ…. so that we may cleanse ourselves from religious man’s “dead works” and be reconciled to God. He comes so that we may see our sins…and repent…to change the mind into the mind of Christ where there is life and peace.

9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

The thief has come into the churches to steal, kill and destroy his body. But the Lord comes so that his body might have true LIFE and that they may have it more abundantly.

(John 10:10 KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Religious man’s heart is to be renewed by the revealing of His Truth….Christ Jesus…in this last day. All the old things of religious man…his envying, strife and hatred….are to pass away.

(2 Cor 5:17 KJV) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

He shall reconcile us to Himself by Jesus Christ…the TRUTH…whom He sends to us in this last day so that we may have true LIFE. We are to believe in the Truth….in the authority of the Truth over our hearts, minds and souls. We are to DO the Truth…and love one another so that we may pass from “death” unto “life.” We are to be reconciled to God. God is not God of the “dead”…but of the “living.”

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

He does not impute our trespasses to us…as we will hear, believe and DO His Truth in this last day.

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Many of those in the churches who have been living in “death” are likened to Peter. They have denied Him by their works…the envying, strife and hatred. They have been carried about according to the will of covetous church leaders…by their strange, deceptive doctrines. They have been “dressed” by them in carnal thoughts and ways… which bring envying strife and hatred.

(John 21:18 KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.

This is the “death” that many in the church have gone through to the glory of God. These things have happened to the body in order to display His glory in this last day. When He has spoken to us in this last day…..we are to FOLLOW HIM.

19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.
20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?

The “beloved disciple” represents those who have continued to abide in the doctrine of Christ….to love one another. They have both the Father and the Son….abiding in Him.

22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

Satan has had the church put in a “prison” in order to sift the church as wheat….like Peter.

(Luke 22:31 KJV) And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

The Truth comes so that His church may be converted back to God….to be reconciled to Him. Let us not have our faith fail at the pivotal moment. Let us hear and have FAITH in His Truth that comes so that we may have true life. And those who are reconciled back to God are to feed His sheep that Word of Truth.

32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Satan and his carnally-minded ministers have put the church into “prison”… in “death”…in order to test it. That test will be the test of our FAITH at the hearing of His Truth in this last day. Will those of the church hear and pass the TEST of FAITH? We are to believe and depart from the religious world of man…the prison…the “death”…at the revelation of the Truth….the revelation of Jesus Christ. Many people of the churches will seek to keep us from the faith in the Truth.

33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

According to His abundant mercy, He shall “begotten us AGAIN” unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Many of the churches have fallen “asleep” yet they shall be delivered from religious man’s “death” because of His mercy and Truth. They shall be renewed in the knowledge of Him.

(1 Pet 1:3 KJV) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

They will experience a TRIAL of FAITH by their pastors and fellow church members who will NOT believe in the Truth. The believers of the Truth shall suffer the persecution of evil words by those who will hear and yet not believe. There will be a trial of faith….but the Lord has prayed that our faith will NOT fail in the coming critical time….like He did with Peter.

6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

We are to be FAITHFUL as we leave the “prison” of religious man. Many have been in his prison of religious man’s “death” but will leave after hearing and believing in the Truth in this last day. Our faith will be tried…by those who we are departing from. They will think it strange that we will no longer run with them in their churches. They will speak evil of us. But we are to be faithful unto death….putting to death the old man of religion…no matter what they will say….no matter what temptation they will throw at us.

(Rev 2:10 KJV) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

When we will depart from their company, it will be the “evil day.” The “evil day” will be the trial of our faith in the Truth as we make our escape from those living in error. We are to STAND firm in our FAITH…with the whole armor of God. Those we leave behind will speak evil of us as we depart…trying our faith. Some will make convincing arguments to stay in their church…some will speak alluring words of deceit. They will want to shake our faith in the Truth.

(Eph 6:13 KJV) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

ABOVE ALL, we are to take the “shield of FAITH” with which we shall be able to quench all the “fiery darts” of their mouths. The Lord has prayed that our faith will not fail us as we will depart from the “prison” of religious man’s ways and thoughts.

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

The Truth….Christ Jesus…comes to set us free from the “prison” of man’s erroneous, natural-minded religious thoughts and ways that have captivated many in the church. The Truth comes as the Light to shine in a dark place….like the Light that shone in the prison that Peter was in. Satan and his ministers of so-called “righteousness” have “vexed” the church today…..just as Herod did to the early church.

(Acts 12:1 KJV) Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

Herod also put Peter in prison, many of the church are also kept in the prison of religious man’s envy, strife, divisions and hatred of one another. The Lord has prayed that our faith in the Truth will not fail us at the critical time of our release in this last day from those who are living in error.

(Acts 12:5 KJV) Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.

As Peter slept between two soldiers, many in the church are “asleep” in the “night”… in the ignorance of carnally-minded men….between the two “soldiers” of envy and strife. As Peter was bound with two chains, so are many in the church “bound” with the chains of the works of darkness….motivated by the covetousness of church leaders who have no TRUE knowledge of God. The “keepers” before the “door” are the false doctrines spoken with the mouth (the “door”) that keep many people today in the “prison.” These teachings of men terrorize those who are kept in the darkness of the prison. Many preach falsehoods….vain doctrines and commandments of men… in order keep the prisoners in their prison with fear.

6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.

But the messenger of the Truth comes to bring us the Light….the knowledge of God….so that we may be “raised up” in newness of Life… so that we may truly love for one another in unfeigned love….so that we may be of one mind and one Spirit…and one body. The Truth shall shine in the religious “prison” of men for our release. We are to “awaken” to His righteousness and cast off the works of darkness…..the “chains” will fall from the church’s hands. Raised up = the resurrection of the church to His Truth....the awakening.

7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.

Like Peter, we are to arise up QUICKLY. We are to “gird” ourselves in the armor of God. We are to bind on our sandals…walk according to the Spirit. We are to “cast thy garment” about ourselves……we are to put on Christ Jesus…the new man….and follow Him in true righteousness.

8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.

We are to hear His messenger of the Truth in this last day who will come into the prison of religious man for our release. We are to DO what the Truth says to do. It is through Paul’s gospel as interpreted by Christ….it is the messenger of the Truth for our release today.

(Rom 13:1 KJV) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

For the minister of God is sent for our good…..

(Rom 13:4 KJV) For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Therefore, let us hear what the messenger says…..we are to love one another…

(Rom 13:10 KJV) Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Like Peter, we are to “awake out of sleep”….. we are to “rise up quickly”…..awake to His righteousness.

11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

Peter was asleep in the night in the prison….so are many in the church. But the “night”…the ignorance of the Truth….is far spent. The Truth is at hand…the Light shines in the prison….. and we are to cast off the works of darkness. The chains shall fall off of our hands as they did with Peter in his release from prison. The works of covetousness, envy and strife shall be cast off for the Truth. Like the angel’s instruction to Peter, we are to “gird” ourselves….putting on the armor of Light…so that we may prevail against those who will shoot their evil words at us….for those of our own churches shall disagree with us…and try to shake our faith in the Truth that shall set us free. Our faith in the Truth shall be tried...tested.

12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Like Peter was instructed by the angel, we are to “bind on thy sandals”…..WALK honestly as in the Day. Let us not walk in our religious works motivated by man’s covetousness….which is spiritually the “drunkenness”…the “chambering and wantonness.” Let us depart from the “two soldiers” of strife and envying.

13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

And let us follow further the instruction of the angel of the Lord to Peter…..to “Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.” Let us put on the Lord Jesus Christ and follow Him...not making provision for the flesh of religious man's ways anymore.

14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

As Peter’s name means “rock”….our God shall build His church upon the rock of the heavenly interpretation of the Scriptures. "Simon"= "hearing." "Barjona" = son of Jonah. WE are to hear what the Spirit says in this last day.

(Mat 16:17 KJV) And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

The “gates of hell”…the mouths of the unbelievers of the church…shall not prevail against the revealed Truth. They will not be able to prevent the building of His church in Truth and in Spirit in this last day. They shall try but not succeed....for He who is IN us is greater than he who is in them.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Except Jehovah build His church, religious man labors in vain. What religious man has built…all of his denominations…all of his commandments and teachings….are in VAIN. His labor is in vain and he must humble his heart at the Truth…..and receive it as a child.

(Psa 127:1 KJV) A Song of degrees for Solomon. Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

The devil has cast many into a “prison” so that their faith may be tried when they will leave the prison cells of religious man in this last day. Let us depart from the prison….never looking back. We are to be “called out” from among them….the “ekklesia”…the “church.” Our faith in the Truth shall be tested by a “fiery trial.”

(Rev 2:10 KJV) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

Some who will have escaped the “prison” of religious man in this last day will fail the coming test of their faith in the revealed Truth because of the “great swelling words of vanity” that will be spoken by their church leaders and followers as they flee. Some will be deceived back into the prison….leaving their last condition worse than the first.

(2 Pet 2:18 KJV) For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

Let us not listen to those high and mighty church leaders who will promise “liberty”…freedom…to the fleeing prisoners. Let us not be brought back into their religious bondage because of their deceptions.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

Remember Lot’s wife. She looked back and became a pillar of salt. The Hebrew word for “looked” implies looking back intently with respect….with favor…with pleasure. Let us not be deceived as we make our escape from those who are living in religious bondage. Let us not return to man’s vain “church” ways and thoughts. Let us not regard their great, swelling words of vanity and look back to their things….their pleasures of this church world. Let us not look back to those things with respect. Our faith in the Truth in this last day will be tested by those seeking to enslave us again.

(Gen 19:26 KJV) But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

(Luke 17:32 KJV) Remember Lot's wife.
33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

The Truth …Jesus Christ…comes to release the “prisoners” of religious man from the “prison” that they are bound in. Many of the churches are bound in a prison by man’s vain doctrines and commandments. They have fallen “asleep” in the “death” of envy, strife, divisions, and hatred.

(Isa 61:1 KJV) The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

He will open the prison door for us so that we may be called “trees of righteousness”…so that we may glorify Him. We are to come out of the prison to worship Him in Spirit and Truth.

3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

The Truth comes to set us free….to open our “blind eyes”…so that we may have the eyes of our understanding enlightened to His Truth. He is the Light that will shine in the “prison” to release us from our “captors”….our prison keepers who preach falsehoods. The Light shone in Peter’s prison cell as he was being released. No longer will we sit in the “darkness” of religious man’s ignorance. No longer will be shackled by their works of darkness. No longer will we live in envy, strife and hatred of one another because of man’s covetous teachings from the imagination of their own hearts.

(Isa 42:6 KJV) I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

The Truth shall set us free. The “prisoners” of religious man shall “go forth”….

(Isa 49:9 KJV) That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.

We shall no longer suffer under the “care” of false shepherds…for the TRUE Shepherd shall lead us to “green pastures”…..to springs of water….to Truth…to peace….to joy…to love. The “heat” of false preachers shall no longer strike our souls….leaving us dry and famished. The “drought” will disappear from our hearts.

10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.

Our faith shall be tested as we leave those who are living in error. The religious unbelievers of the Truth will speak evil of us…they shall seek to deceive us back into their folds. But we are to stay strong in the faith of the revealed Truth in this last day. We are to come out of the great tribulation….the great test of our faith in the Truth. We are to come out of the great trial of our faith…the great fiery trial not singed by the fire.

(Rev 7:13 KJV) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

We are to serve God instead of the lusts of religious men in high places. We shall serve Him day and night in His temple….in our hearts….for WE are the temple that He dwells in. He is to be King of our hearts….sitting on the throne of our hearts.

15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

We shall no longer suffer the bad things that had come from listening and following erroneous church leaders who have led many into their envy and strife, divisions and covetousness.

16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

God shall wipe away all of our tears from our eyes…..we shall be joyful in knowing and doing His Truth.

17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

But as we leave…depart…escape…flee…from the company of erroneous men, we shall have our faith in the Truth…Christ Jesus…tried and tested. Erroneous church men shall not understand our belief and actions... and will speak evil of us as we depart. We shall endure the “fiery trial” of our faith in the Truth as they will fire their “fiery darts” of evil words towards us. Remember Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace…they were unharmed because their faith was strong in God. They did not worship religious man’s image that he has made for himself.

(1 Pet 4:12 KJV) Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

But we are to rejoice as we are made partakers of Christ’s suffering…..

13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

We are going to be reproached for obeying the authority of the Truth over our hearts …the name of Christ. They shall speak evil of the revealed Truth…..for it is not their church fathers’ “truth.” The revealed Truth will not conform to what religious man has been teaching all of these generations. They will think it strange that we will no longer run with them in their religious organizations.

14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

It is not the atheists of the world who will fire their fiery darts at us….but our very own people who will not believe in the Truth in this last day. Our faith in the Truth shall be tested by them….for they shall revile us… they shall persecute us…and shall say all manner of evil against us falsely for the Truth’s sake. Jesus Christ is the Truth that we will leave their company for.

(Mat 5:11 KJV) Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

It was the people of Israel who persecuted their own prophets who they should have listened to. It will be no different today…as our own people will revile us for departing from them for the Truth.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

As David has said, it will NOT be an “enemy” that will revile us….

(Psa 55:12 KJV) For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:

….but it will be those who are our equals….our own acquaintances…..

13 But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.
14 We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.
15 Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.

(Psa 41:9 KJV) Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.

Our faith in the revealed Truth in this last day shall be tried…tried with “fire.” The fiery darts of wicked church leaders and their followers shall be launched at us ...as we depart from their company. But we must be dressed in the “armor” of Light….taking the “shield of faith” with us as they do these things. We shall survive the “evil day” of the trial of our faith in the revealed Truth. The “fire” will not harm us. Remember Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego...

(1 Pet 1:6 KJV) Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

History repeats itself. We are to receive the Word of Truth in this last day which will set us free from the “word of men” that had previously led us away from His righteousness.

(1 Th 2:13 KJV) For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

We shall also suffer persecutions…reviling…from our own “countrymen”…fellow “Christians” who will not receive the love of the Truth.

14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:

They shall hate the Truth….crucifying the Truth to themselves. They shall hate the prophets…. “killing” the preachers of the Truth in this last day. They shall persecute us with their evil speaking. The will not be pleasing God ….even though they will think they will be doing God service with these evil things.

15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

They shall forbid His messengers to preach the revealed Truth to their congregations…so that they may be saved…so that they may be delivered from their prisons.

16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

What religious man will say and do in this coming time will NOT be anything new under the sun….for it has all been said and done before as written in the Scriptures. Only those who will not remember the past will be doomed to repeat it….to their own detriment.

Religious man knows not what he worships. He is in ignorance of the Truth….worshipping God in vain with doctrines and commandments of men. He is “asleep” and needs to be wakened up by the preaching of the revealed Truth in this last day.

(Mat 15:8 KJV) This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Religious man honors God with his lips…but his heart is far from Him. His heart is after his covetousness. He thinks that God is like his works…..like his “gold, silver or stone”…graven with his own erroneous wisdom. Man has relied upon his own wisdom of the Scriptures to form religious things. Man thinks that the worship of God consists of inventing doctrines and commandments, making denominations, building large church buildings, making great ministries, making a name for himself upon the earth, gathering riches to himself….supposing that gain is a sign of his godliness. Religious man ignorantly worships the golden image of corruptible man….he has made his religion in his own image…with his own wisdom. God is to be worshiped in Spirit and Truth….and not by the works of our own hands….the religious things formed by our own earthly wisdom. God is not our offspring....we are His.

(Acts 17:29 KJV) Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

But God has overlooked the times of religious man’s ignorance….but NOW commands that ALL men EVERY WHERE….to repent….to change their minds. We are to hear the Truth in this last day and change the mind….to the mind of Christ….minding the things of the Spirit and not of the flesh.

30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

As Jesus was dead and is alive…..so also is His church to be raised up from being “asleep” in the darkness…in the ignorance of men. He shall resurrect the “dead”…those who are bogged down in religious man’s things that bring envy, strife and hatred….so that they may have true life. We shall be ONE new man in Him. He has given us assurance of this by the pattern we see in Christ Jesus.

31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

Religious man has been worshipping the “golden image” that he has set up for himself…..an image made like corruptible man.

(Rom 1:23 KJV) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Like the image of gold Nebuchadnezzar made, man has made his own religion by his own power. The image was 60 cubits in height and six cubits in width. 6 is the number for man.

(Dan 3:1 KJV) Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.

All the rulers of the church have been at this “dedication” of the gold image of man….

(Dan 3:2 KJV) Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

…they “stand” before the image of corruptible man. They are appointed and established in the religious system of religious man. They are taught, trained, and study under religious man’s direction in order to be a ruler in the religious organizations of man. Man “ordains” man to be in the service to the image of corrupted religious man. Man is trained and established in the wisdom of man…which is motivated by covetousness… the “gold.” They learn the doctrines and commandments of men and perpetuate them.

3 Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

The leaders of the congregations will command all of their congregations to fall down and worship the image of corruptible man…his wisdom motivated by covetousness….when the time comes. We will hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of music in this last day. The “sound” …the “music”…that we will hear is the preaching of the revealed Truth in this last day. At the sound of the trumpet of the Truth in this last day, the leaders in high places will command their congregations to worship the things of religious man instead of the Truth. They will forbid their people to receive the Truth.

4 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,
5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:

And all of those who will not fall down and worship religious man’s things in the time of the revelation of the Truth….the “music”….shall be persecuted by their evil speaking….the “burning fiery furnace” of their mouths.

6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.
7 Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of music, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

The rulers in high places will seek to keep their authority over the people….forbidding those who would receive the Truth with thanksgiving. Those of the church who will not fall down and worship the image of corruptible man at the sounding of the Truth will be falsely accused as evil doers.

8 Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews.

The “music” is the Truth that we shall preach….we are to lift up our voices in the Truth with joy.

(1 Chr 15:16 KJV) And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be the singers with instruments of music, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.

We are to trumpet and sing the Truth in this last day…as ONE people. We are to make ONE sound to be heard for all….praising Jehovah…which means preaching His Truth…and thanking Him for such a great salvation from man’s darkness. Our voices are the “instruments” that will play the “music” of the Truth.

(2 Chr 5:13 KJV) It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;

Our voices are the “instruments” of music. We will preach His Word by revelation…by His knowledge and not man’s.

(1 Cor 14:6 KJV) Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?

Our voices shall give a distinction in the “sounds”….we shall preach His revealed Word in His heavenly wisdom and it will make sense to the listeners of the “music” of the “instruments”…our voices. We shall UNDERSTAND the Word of God as it is supposed to be understood.

7 And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?
8 For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?

We are to preach the Word of God in its heavenly interpretation….with words that are easy to understand.

9 So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.
10 There are, it may be, so many kinds of voicesin the world, and none of them is without signification.

The “sounds” of music that we will hear is the preaching of the revealed Truth in this last day. When we hear the “sound”…the “music”…of the Truth being sung or played, let us NOT obey the commandments of the leaders in high places who will seek for us to fall down and worship their image of corruptible man….their religious things instead of bowing our hearts to the Truth.

(Dan 3:12 KJV) There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Let us serve God and NOT religious man. God shall keep us safe us in their persecutions…. their “burning fiery furnace.”

(Dan 3:17 KJV) If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Let us no longer do “service” unto those things of religious man which are by nature no gods. Let us not submit to the commandments of men who will command us to fall down and worship their things instead of submitting to the revealed Truth…..the “music” which shall sound out from the preachers of the Truth in this last day.

(Gal 4:8 KJV) Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Let us not “observe day, months, times and years”…..

10 Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.

In other words….let us not hear the preachers of falsehoods in this last day. They are the “stars” that preach in our ears….but they are wandering stars. Stars are for signs, seasons, days and years…..

(Gen 1:14 KJV) And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

The false teachers are “wandering stars”…they are deceptive speakers who will want to keep us from the Light of the Truth in this last day. Let us not hear them.

(Jude 1:13 KJV) Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

They will command us to abstain from the “meat” of the Truth in this last day.

(1 Tim 4:3 KJV) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

We shall preach the revealed Truth to the church in this last day. But like Diotrephes, there will be men in the high places of the church who will love the “preeminence” among the people… who will not receive the Truth. They will not receive the preachers of the Truth.

(3 John 1:9 KJV) I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.

History will repeat itself. They shall forbid their congregations to receive the preachers of the Truth in this last day. They will command that they fall down and worship the gold image of religious man instead. They will cast out those of the church who will receive the Truth. The Lord will visit them in the Day of their visitation....remembering their deeds....their malicious words.

10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.

They will cast out those who will receive the Truth….into the “burning fiery furnace” of their mouths. They shall revile….reproach….persecute…and cast out their names as evil.

(Luke 6:22 KJV) Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

But God protects us from their “fire.” We are to believe in the Truth…the Son of God… in this last day. Our faith in the Truth shall be tested by those who will not receive us. Our faith in Him shall keep us from hurt. We shall be “loose”….FREE…

(Dan 3:25 KJV) He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

We shall come out of the “great tribulation” of our faith….we shall come out of the “mouth of the burning fiery furnace”…unscathed.

26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.

They shall speak against us as “evildoers”….the burning fiery trial….and we are not to return evil for evil….so that they may be ashamed of their bad behavior toward us and will glorify God in the Day of their visitation.

(1 Pet 2:12 KJV) Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.

For Nebuchadnezzar also glorified God afterwards……

(Dan 3:28 KJV) Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.

The revealed Truth comes to save man from his erroneous religious works that have brought envy, strife, divisions, and hatred into the church. Religious man’s works are works of error…..empty and vain. He relies upon his own knowledge of the Scriptures…and the religion he has made as a result is an image. The image of religious man is falsehood….and there is no “breath” in his doctrines and commandments. There is no Spirit in them. They bring no life to their hearers. The works of religious man shall perish in the "Day of their visitation"...

(Jer 51:17 KJV) Every man is brutish by his knowledge; every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
18 They are vanity, the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.

The Scripture of Truth is to be taught in this last day so that many may escape the “prison” that they have been in.

(2 Tim 2:24 KJV) And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,

The many of the church who are imprisoned in the “snare of the devil” are to be “recovered” so that they may know His true Life….peace, joy and love. We will no longer to the will of covetous men in the high places of the church. They are to repent…change from the natural mind to the spiritual….by acknowledging that Truth. This is all by God’s plan….to glorify Him in this last day.

25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

But know this also, in the last days perilous times shall come. For some religious men who will not believe in that teaching of the Truth, shall rise up and test the faith of those who will hear and receive the Truth. They shall speak evil words against us…they shall attempt to lure us back in with deceiving words…appealing to the lusts of the flesh.

3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Our faith in the revealed Truth as preached by the Spirit shall be tested by men who will not believe…or who have turned back to error. But we must stay strong in the faith…knowing that God comes in the Day of their visitation to judge the children of disobedience. It is inevitable, those who will live godly in Christ Jesus…the Truth…in this last day WILL suffer tribulation…trouble…by those in the church who will not receive His words. As Paul states….we shall suffer their “persecution”…but the Lord will deliver us from them.

(2 Tim 3:10 KJV) But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

ALL that WILL live godly in Christ Jesus SHALL suffer persecution by the “evil men” of the church…..by those who will not receive the love of the Truth. They…the unbelievers….shall wax worse and worse in this coming time.

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

It is inevitable, for God’s Word shows us time and time again that persecutions have always arisen against the righteous because of their faithfulness to the Truth. History repeats itself…and God’s Word can not be broken. The wicked shall seek fault with diligence against the righteous in this last day. The unbelievers of the church shall search out iniquities….diligently search for erroneous preaching.

(Psa 64:6 KJV) They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.

That is exactly what the Pharisees did with Jesus. They provoked him to speak of many things…things of God….the Truth. They did this so that they may catch something out of his mouth in order that they may accuse him of error.

(Luke 11:53 KJV) And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:

They will search diligently for errors….so that they may accuse the preachers of the Truth for being false. That is what Satan means….the “accuser.”

54 Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.

History repeats itself. As they did to Jesus, they will do to His preachers of the Word of Truth in this last day. They shall seek out error coming out of the mouths of the righteous in order to accuse them. The unbelieving of the churches shall gather themselves against the believers of the revealed Truth in this last day. They will be of the “synagogue of Satan”…the assembly of the unbelievers against the Truth. They will diligently seek out error and they will falsely “accuse.”

(Psa 94:21 KJV) They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

They did this with Stephen as well. Those of the synagogue of “Satan”…. meaning “the accuser”…arose to dispute Stephen over his preaching of the Truth. The “Libertines”…those who will call themselves free in Christ Jesus but are really slaves of their own corruption…will also arise in this last day to dispute and resist the Truth. They “synagogue of Satan” = those slaves of corruption who call themselves freemen….and “Alexandrians”…which means “defender of man.” They will resist the Truth and defend their own religious ways and thoughts.

(Acts 6:9 KJV) Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.

And when they can’t find any guile…any fault…coming out of their mouths….

10 And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

….they will falsely accuse the preachers of the Truth just as they did with Stephen. They will prove themselves of the “synagogue of Satan”….the synagogue of “the accuser” ….for they shall come together in order to search out iniquities and falsely accuse.

11 Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.

And the false accusers…the synagogue of Satan…shall stir up others against the preachers of the Truth.

12 And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,

They shall falsely accuse the preachers of the Truth of speaking blasphemous words against the religious image of man and his commandments. The Truth will indeed destroy the religious works of man.

13 And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law:
14 For we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered us.

Stephen had the “face of an angel”…he was the messenger of the Truth who stood in the presence of God….in His knowledge.

15 And all that sat in the council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.

And they shall cast us out of their “cities”...out of their churches and will “stone” us with their words…as they stop up their ears from hearing the preaching of the Truth. They shall be of “one accord”….being of the synagogue of Satan…..united and assembled against the Truth.

(Acts 7:57 KJV) Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.

And we are to be faithful…unto the death…

60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Another example is Daniel, the high and mighty of his day…the “presidents and princes” also sought to find fault….error….with Daniel.

(Dan 6:3 KJV) Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.

They will also diligently seek to find fault spoken against the kingdom of God coming out of the mouths of His preachers of the Truth in this last day. But Daniel was FAITHFUL. HE also did NOT return evil for their evil.

4 Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
5 Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.

Those who will live godly in Christ Jesus….the Truth…WILL suffer persecution….for it is determined by the Word of God. The “decree” is established and the writing is signed that it can not be changed. They assembled together = the synagogue of Satan.

(Dan 6:6 KJV) Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.

Those who will live godly in Christ Jesus….instead of submitting to the reign of religious man’s errors….WILL be cast into the “den of lions.” The “den” = persecution by the mouths of the unbelieving higher ups of the church and their followers.

7 All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes, the counsellors, and the captains, have consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to make a firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or man for thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den of lions.

The Word of God is the “writing” that can not be changed. The “law of the Medes and Persians” = a hidden reference to the writings of Moses and the Prophets which can not be altered. It is a given: those who will live godly in Christ Jesus SHALL be persecuted.

8 Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
9 Wherefore king Darius signed the writing and the decree.

But our God shall deliver us from mouths of the “lions”…which means “to pierce.”

(Dan 6:19 KJV) Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions.
20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?
21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever.

God will prevent us from being hurt by the persecutions of the wicked mouths of unrighteous men. We will be innocent…not returning evil for their evil. Our mouths shall be shut against them so that we will not speak evil against their evil speaking. He shall give us the power to resist the temptation to speak evil out against them in our anger.

22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.

No manner of hurt shall be found upon us for we will BELIEVE in God and His Truth as we will endure their evil speaking WITHOUT returning evil for evil. Our faith shall be tested...as Daniel's was. We are to remain in the FAITH of the Truth.

23 Then was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.

But the false accusers….those who are of the synagogue of Satan…shall be judged for their sins and transgressions. By their own words they shall be judged. “Daniel” means “God is my judge.”

24 And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.

The wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. He shall be snared by his own words.

(Prov 11:5 KJV) The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.

God will “visit” the children of disobedience. Their “Day of visitation” shall be with the rod for their transgressions. They will endure “stripes” for their iniquity. They shall be punished as a father punishes a child.

(Psa 89:30 KJV) If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
31 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
32 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
33 Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.

The Word of God can not be altered. They will be judged as others have been in the past. They shall be judged as men living in the flesh so that their spirit may be saved….in the Day of their visitation.

34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

The Father shall bring the rod of correction to the children of disobedience in order to drive their foolishness out of their hearts. He will come to them in the Day of their visitation for their sins.

(Prov 22:15 KJV) Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.

That words is a weapon used by the majority (or most vocal) to poison the well in a discussion. "There is no chance of that being true because it isn't 'orthodox'!" etc.. If something is "heretical" it is out of bounds for consideration.

Hi Ishraqiyun,

Thank you for reading and considering……and your input.

Indeed, the prevailing thought is that if it is not “mainstream,” it can’t be true. It shouldn’t be considered either as it is “heretical.” But, like the old saying, “the herd mentality is usually wrong.” We should be buying the Truth when everyone is selling. The main reason religious man will not want to hear the Truth in this last day is that the current widely-acceptable “truth” brings “no small gain” to the “craftsman” of the church. The current orthodox “truth” of religious man is an image made by men motivated by the covetousness in their hearts. It brings riche$ to those who rule with it. “Diana” = “Artemis” who is the Greek goddess of hunting. Men “hunt” men to catch with their falsehoods. Men are like fish who have been caught in their evil nets of falsehoods. Once men are caught…then the income stream starts. The greater number of people, the greater the income stream they enjoy. They have to preach falsehoods that terrorize people in order to keep them in their “prisons”….in the darkness of man’s knowledge.

(Acts 19:24 KJV) For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen;

The Truth shall set people free from the current “mainstream” of “orthodox” religion. When the people leave for the Truth, then the profit also leaves from the “workmen.” This will upset those who make a good living off the current system of things….just as it did 2000 years ago.

25 Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.

The revealing of the Truth shall persuade and turn much people away from the religious works of man….the “gods” that are made with his own hands….with his own wisdom.

26 Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:

The revealing of the Truth will put their “craft” in danger to be set at “naught.” They will worry about religious man’s splendor…his religious empires....his denominations…his teachings…his religious schools of thought…being all destroyed. When people will leave for the Truth….the money goes too….and Babylon will burn.

27 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.

History will repeat itself. They shall be full of wrath and will cry out….. great is religious man’s own wisdom. One of the meanings for “Artemis” is “safe and sound.” They will be preaching “peace and safety.”

28 And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
29 And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.

They will also seek to keep others from the Truth as did Barjesus…a false prophet…attempted to do with the deputy of Paphos, Sergius Paulus. They shall seek to “bewitch” people from obeying the Truth with their false logical, fine-sounding, great-swelling words.

(Acts 13:6 KJV) And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:

The “prudent” in this last day will desire to hear the revealed Word of God. They will understand what they will hear.

7 Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.

But like Barjesus, many shall vocally withstand the Truth….seeking to turn away those who would hear and believe in the Truth. They shall oppose and contradict and seek to turn many away from the faith in the revealed Truth.

8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.
9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,

They shall be the “child of the devil”….falsely accusing the preachers of the Truth in this last day. They will not cease to “pervert”….misinterpret…. the right ways of the Lord. They will not cease from man’s wisdom of the Scriptures. They will fight against the Truth with their falsehoods.....deceit.

10 And said, O full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

But they shall be judged for their rebellion…..for the hand of the Lord shall be upon them. The “sun” of their understanding shall be darkened….and they will seek some to lead them by the hand….turning their ears from the Truth and surrounding themselves with teachers who will really take advantage of them for a “season.”

11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.

They will fight against the Truth without a cause…with words of hatred. They will not receive the love of the Truth in this last day.

(Psa 109:2 KJV) For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.

They will reward evil for good...and hate for love.

5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

Others will lead them by the hand…….wicked men who will drown them in destruction and perdition….for a “season.”

6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.
7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.

Others will lead them by the hand....strangers will be filled with their wealth and their labors in the house of a stranger. They will be given over to Satan's ministers for the destruction of their fleshly ways. Then at the end of their "season" of judgment....they will mourn at the last when they have been consumed...and will say "how have I hated instruction and my heart despised reproof...and have not obeyed the voice of my teachers....nor inclined my ears to them that instructed me." They will understand how they had been judged because of their refusal of the Truth.

(Prov 5:10 KJV) Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;
11 And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,
12 And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;
13 And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!

The “synagogue of Satan” shall assemble in this last day in order to falsely accuse those who will receive and do the revealed Truth in this last day. This “synagogue”… this assembly…..will be those unbelieving of all the churches in the world. They shall be like-minded in their opposition to the revealed Truth and of those who will preach the Truth. But we shall suffer for righteousness’ sake…and we are not to be troubled by their evil words so as to render evil for evil.

(1 Pet 3:14 KJV) But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

Our behavior is to be with meekness and fear…..having a good conscience as they will speak evil of us….as evildoers…because we will no longer be in their company…being a part of religious man’s erroneous organizations. We are not to render evil for evil….keeping a good conscience.

15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

The “synagogue of Satan” will blaspheme…vilify us….speaking evil….falsely accusing us as evil doers.

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

We are to keep a good conscience when they will falsely accuse us of being evil doers….rather than repaying evil for evil and suffering for it.

17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

There will be a TRIAL of our faith in the Truth by their false accusations. “Satan” = “accuser.” Jesus showed us the pattern……he said nothing to his false accusers at his TRIAL. The chief priests and elders were of the “synagogue of Satan”…the assembly of the false accusers. He answered nothing to them. He was without “sin”….meaning he did not render evil for their evil. Jesus let his “yes” be “yes” to the Truth…. “thou sayest”….

(Mat 27:11 KJV) And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.

….and his “no” be “no”….he answered nothing to their false accusations.

12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.

He answered not a word to their false accusations….

13 Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
14 And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

Our communication is to be simple….yes is yes and no is no. Anything more is evil. We are not to render evil speaking for their evil speaking…their false accusations of us being evil doers.

(Mat 5:37 KJV) But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

We are not to render evil for evil….

39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil:but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

He that will reprove a scorner of the Truth gets to himself shame…and he that will rebuke a wicked man will get himself a blot. We are NOT to render evil for their evil speaking in this last day. We are to be without sin….speaking out against them.

(Prov 9:7 KJV) He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.
8 Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

We are not to “smite” back those who will smite us with their evil words of unbelief in the Truth as they will attack the righteous for their belief. We are to REMEMBER Jesus who had endured the contradiction of sinners against himself….as our faith will be tested in the same way. The fiery darts of the wicked from those who will not hear and believe in the Truth shall be launched at us. But we are to stay firm in the faith of the Truth and not render evil for evil to any man nor give in to their deceitful words.

(Heb 12:2 KJV) Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

We are to strive AGAINST sin….the temptation to speak evil to those who will falsely accuse our belief and actions in Christ Jesus.

4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

We are to strive against sin….to see that we not render evil for their evil.

(1 Th 5:15 KJV) See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

Let us then hold fast to our profession of our faith in the revealed Truth in this last day as we will endure the trial of our faith by unbelieving religious man will speak evil of us….and will also seek to turn us away from the faith with their great swelling, alluring words.

(Heb 4:14 KJV) Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

The disciple is not above the Teacher. As Jesus was tested…tempted, so will His people in this last day. He was tested in ALL points, yet was without sin.

15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

The time of the testing of our faith in the Truth = “in time of need.”

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Jesus was tested by Satan in the wilderness. Our faith shall be tested also…by the “wild beasts”….the tongues of men that will speak evil of us and will seek to lure us back into their errors with great swelling words of deceit.

(Mark 1:13 KJV) And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

The tongue of religious man is comparable to the beasts.

(James 3:7 KJV) For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:

The wayward tongue can not be tamed by man……it will be an unruly evil, full of deadly poison…..a “wild beast” that will seek to deceive others away from the Truth.

8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

They will test our faith by their great swelling words of deceit will be because of the covetousness in their hearts. They will seek to bring us back into their “prison” because their lust for profit.

(Jude 1:16 KJV) These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

In this last time, they shall mock the Truth. They will not believe in it….and will speak evil of those who preach it.

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

They will beguile the souls who will not have stood fast in the faith of the Truth in this last day.

(2 Pet 2:14 KJV) Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

They will love the wages of unrighteousness more than the Truth in this last time. They will reject the Truth when they will hear it in this last day.

15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

They will seek to allure through the lusts of the flesh those who had escaped from them via the revealed Truth.

(2 Pet 2:18 KJV) For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

Satan also sought to allure Jesus through the lusts of the flesh. He showed him all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them.

(Mat 4:8 KJV) Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showeth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

Yet, he did not submit to the words of the devil. We are to do likewise…as religious men will rise up to seduce us with their great religious glory and riches.

9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

We are to worship the Lord our God and not religious man’s religious kingdoms of glory.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Those who are of Satan will savor the things of religious man instead of the things that are of God. They will not want to hear the revealed Truth in this last day…and will instead seek to cling onto the things of religious man.

(Mat 16:23 KJV) But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

We are to deny ourselves….our own religious ways and thoughts that are the products of fleshly-thinking men.

24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Why will we listen to unbelieving religious man in this last day who will seek to lure us back into their corruption by promising us the glory of their religious kingdoms if we would only worship their earthly wisdom instead of God’s?

26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
