So I stumbled across this by the National Constitution Center. Late last year they had three teams of legal scholars performs a thought experiment and asked them to come up with a draft constitution. They did so from three different perspectives; conservative, progressive and libertarian. All three teams decided that instead of starting from scratch they would just amend the current Constitution. But i thought it was interesting some of the points of agreement and departure the three teams had, and actually find myself liking parts of all three Constitutions.
