The topic is are conservatives looking for a dictator or authoritarian and I think that is an easy case to make just from the two Tweets alone.
Not if taken in context of what was tweeted before those specific tweets.

Particularly where he states he hates dictators.

Which is it?

Also I didn’t say you followed him, only that there some on the left who advertise for them and if they were not quoted here, most likely no one should know.

I don’t follow either.

My apologies for not clarifying

Explaining why a person who wrote a book on anti communist manifesto would do a complete 180 and support a dictatorship.
Well, it would start with the fact that dictatorship =/= communism. Yes, there are communist dictators like Stalin and Tito, but there are facist dictators like Hitler and Mussolini, leftist dictators like Ortega, narco dictators like Noriega, imperial dictators like the Shah, right wing dictators like Pinochet and classic dictators like Cincinnatus.

There's also the fact that he advocated for dictatorship in his own words.

They should hang their hopes on gerrymandering if they want to maintain minority rule in the USA.

If that fails, then perhaps a dictatorship is warranted - so long as its their dictator.
With the laws they're passing to overturn the popular vote, and a complicit SCOTUS, it's only a matter of time.

Thanks for the conversation - we are at an impasse -

Conservative thought leader Jesse Kelly says the U.S. needs a dictatorship. That's disturbing.

Joe Walsh comments that that is exactly what the conservative base wants. That's frightening.

Conservative ignites fury on all sides over 'dissolve Supreme Court' comment

Jesse Kelly, who in 2021 openly speculated that Republicans may soon get tired of "following the rules" and "pick a fascist" to lead the party, has also been criticized for his prior social media comments.

On Saturday, he turned his attention toward the nation's top court after it temporarily halted the Trump administration's deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members under an 18th-century law.

"Ignore the Supreme Court. Arrest anyone who tries to enforce this. Dissolve the Supreme Court entirely if they push. You can deport foreigners or you don’t have a country anymore. There are no good choices now," Kelly said.
