Hi ab,

Well, if Black Rock was too big for you, you wouldn't like it now because we are about to expand like crazy. We're building a new church (same location) and it's going to cost many millions. But we are pledging for 3 years.

I can understand you needing a smaller church. Everyone has to find what's comfortable for them. Our pastor is from Newtown, as well as many other members. Maybe one day I'll check out your church!

Have a great day!

AB - I've been to stepney baptist. I think I played there once or twice. Can't remember :(

I do remember going there though. Good time. Whenever I head back that way I usually like to go to aq baptist church in Ansonia. Its a nice quite little place a bunch of black Rock old schoolers go to now.

I like to head down to Wlanut Hill from time to time also. Thats right up your way.

The reason we want a smaller church is soo that we could get a church "family". We found that at Stepney Babtist. I jsut love my church, i know EVERYONE and we all have a fun time learning more about God.

God Bless,
AB

I Love CT... I think that it is a SUPER state and that I am glad there are so many christians.

I wish I could find a few Baptists in the state though
WHat part of the state are you looking in? For the Baptists that is...

EDIT :: I just looked up and saw you are from Manchester. I think there is a good one in your area. can't remember the name though. I'll make a few calls tommorow and see what I can dig up.

yes yes, amen to that. Almost 2/3 of the population is catholic.....whats with that?
that is SOOOO accurate...not that being catholic is wrong or something but it seems like the vast majority here dont practice their religion that much and it seems as if the state is very un-religious. I wanted to move down south and that was one of my reasons but I realized that I would be more useful to God here because there is much more need for outreach in New England.:)

It does get frustrating because everyone is liberal about things, and they all think that I am a freak because I am a christian but I dont care. I will still try and make them see the glory of God.

:) around here (Fairfield County) there's a LOT of Jewish people.

but almost no one (that I've met) practices any religion

BUT - the Christian churches are growing SOO fast! the church I attend has been around just over 1 year - 100 members. A previous church - 6 years - 1500 members.

Something charismatic is happening here ;);)
