Conan O'brian's worst joke ever

Um, what is the issue, exactly?

Its a terrible joke. "Last year, the Kardasian sisters made $65,000,000... Yeah, but before you get upset remember that %10 of that goes directly to Satan."

Is that not the most the worst joke you've ever heard? I can almost hear the devil laughing at Conan and the audiences around the world who would laugh at such a joke.

I remember seeing this when I was 12.

You seriously need to spend some time in the Taverna. I thought I was going to come in here and find a seriously sacrilegous joke or something bashing Orthodoxy. You know, something that truly IS outrage. I don't see the outrage over this joke.

Hey, I'm with the Brit :p It's H-U-M-O-U-R.

And i still agree that Misha needs to get a sense of humour.

This joke aside, my priest is a monk, pretty monkish in his being conservativeness and he has a seriously (dare I use the word wicked?) sense of humour. I've met archbishops who have a sense of humour too - although the cause of their amusement was my name for the first few of those meetings, poor Kyri whose parents in their infinite wisdom named their firstborn daughter Kyrie-Eleison...

My priest's spiritual father, the abbot of a monastery here, also has a sense of humour. To paraphrase a comment someone made on a pithless thoughts cartoon recently, I think you have to have a sense of humour to be the abbot or abbess of any monastery given what human beings are like!

Wash your mouth out! Not a Pom here ;) Although, my great grandparents on my Dad's mother's side were Cornish (not English, believe me if you meet certain Cornish people you know there's a difference) so that's the closest link...

I honour the Queen and spell properly and that's as far as it goes :p

This is how you spell it: H-U-M-O-R

It would be only 40 or 50 years ago (when people were decent), that this type of 'humor' would be classified as totally C-R-A-Z-Y. Never before in history has such 'humor' been thought of as normal.

I agree with Fr Seraphim Rose,

"—The abnormality of the world. Never have such weird and unnatural manifestations and behavior been accepted as a matter of course as in our days. Just look at the world around you: what is in the newspapers, what kind of movies are being shown, what is on television, what it is that people think is interesting and amusing, what they laugh at; it is absolutely weird. And there are people who deliberately promote this, of course, for their own financial benefit, and because that is the fashion, because there is a perverse craving for this kind of thing."
