When asked why she didn't like them, she said that Jews were "apes and pigs." "Who said this?" the moderator asked. The girl answered, "Our God." "Where did He say this?" "In the Koran.

You realise that you're just using generalisation after generalisation here, right? Nothing that actually proves a point, just some examples and the implication that this applies to everyone. Some Muslims hate Jews. Some people hate Jews - anti-semitism is still alive and well. Essentially all you're saying here is that Muslims are just like other people.
I'm not a fan of Islam, but it's tiring when people generalise and can't comprehend that others might think differently than they want them to. It takes a lot of arrogance to think like that.
