I don't see how Colorado could proceed with the primary on March 5th.....unless the state is preparing to sets of ballots (assuming a USSC decision in February)?

The justices indicated they would fast-track a decision, scheduling oral arguments for Feb. 8. The Colorado Republican primary is scheduled for March 5.
