You can also, for your little one, start buying Bible cartoons, they are pretty cool for the whole family. There are some called "Beginner's Bible", and another series called "Cherub Wings" is a good bible animation, these 2 are very good for little ones, some other bible cartoons get a little violent, but are still pretty good (David and Goliath was also too violent for 4 year old, he started copying, got to be wise about such things). THere are also Bibles in comic book form, like the Picture Bible by Iva Hoth, and the Comic Book Bible, by Scruggs (I think that's the author). You can find these things through mail order catalogs through CBD (christian book distributors) and Vision Video, go to their web sites and order some free catalogs, there's lots of goodies. I am a single mom in poverty, and God still gives us money for bible things, I am sure He can help you too, if money is a problem, ask God! He is good to hear and answer prayers with love!
I love getting the Bible in different ways, keeps everyone growing, especially the young ones. I can even evangelize to nonchristian kids with our TV shows, they are all about God and His ways! (The kids only play at our house, we don't go to theirs) I thank God for such blessings, through Jesus Christ!
