I know. But I think it’s suggested by church doctrine first. Then you certainly see it suggested in the Bible
I think the reason that you have that suspicion is because you have been told the Trinitarian doctrine by someone or other, and then a Biblical basis has been provided to back it up.

But there isn't any way that the Church would have invented such a doctrine, given how illogical it seems, and then gone looking for support. But even if that had been the sequence of events, the support definitely is there. :)

There are accounts of truths that are not explicitly in scripture but in conformity to its truth and overall holy tradition. There are many examples of this like the fact that a pro life message, rather than allowance for abortion, is the spirit of scripture. Pro life is expressly stated in an early church manual ( ca. 100 AD) called the Didache ( see chapter 2: Didache. The Teaching of the Twelve Apostles (translation Roberts-Donaldson). ).

Alongside alms giving & prayer, the Lord mentions fasting in ( Matthew 6:1-18) and says “when ye fast” ( vs. 16, KJV). In the Didache, there is instruction on when to fast ( chapter 8). The Sunday worship is accounted for ( chapter 14). The Lord clearly established these traditions but apparently wanted people to develop in faith to Him.

Detractors of common Christian tradition often see alleged “pagan” roots of the Lord’s Nativity. They fail to see or consider that the Lord seems to fulfill Chanukah in John 10 which is during Chanukah. Chanukah is at the 25th of November or December following a Jewish, lunar calendar and accounted for in 2nd Maccabees 10 ( see: Bible Gateway passage: 2 Maccabees 10 - New Revised Standard Version )

Unfortunately not everything is clear cut in scripture where faith and holy tradition are formed. Things like Christmas, Sunday worship, pro life etc. show that we have sound expression of faith in the Lord that is scriptural but we must take care to discern truth from untruth.

Over the years I have realized there are two types of skeptics, one just wanting debates and air their challenges to Christianity, the other is those who are truly seeking God's truth, I feel you are the later.
I would suggest to begin any study with a prayer that God would reveal his spiritual truth to you, what He want's from you, what he wants you to correct or change in your life. If you honestly seek Him, the Holy Spirit will begin to guide you, he will restore a new heart in you.
Lukaris referred to the book of Maccabees, that is one that was rejected by the protestant church and will only be found in the Catholic bible, it is an interesting read. I make no claim as to if it should have been omitted or not, it was part of the original cannon.
Don't worry about tradition, seek what God wants from you, Christianity is a growth process through our entire lives, God may lead you to certain traditions in the future. Think of it as your educational years, you weren't given pre algebra in the first grade, it came later as your knowledge and maturity grew.
