Interesting post. All he has essentially done is line himself up with mainstream theological thought. But I suppose props are in order for being willing to take the public flack for changing his mind about issues this significant.

There are some who would like to tie him to a post and use a cat-of-nine-tails on him for daring to doubt the doctrine that John Darby brought to America about 150 years ago. Most of those sitting in the pews of evangelical churches have not been told the recent history of the doctrine.

Yes, I am fully aware that this style of rapture theology is a recent invention. Hence why I stated my comment the way I did.
