OK, I had a hard time naming this thread, but what I was thinking of was posting things that we like about Christmas and/or the Christmas season (scriptures, songs, poems, anything that helps you get into the season).

I just bought a 2 pack of lights for inside the house, I'll hang them
up today & turn them on tonight.

DW always bakes bunches(dozens) of cookies for Christmas time.

I love Christmas music. I remember going caroling with the church group when I was little. It always made it seem more like Christmas to have a choir singing those awesome songs!

Cooler weather. Christmas lights. Family get togethers, (like it or not). Nativity scenes. Christmas trees, (real ones), and the smell of evergreen/needles. A Christmas Carol movie, It's A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, Etc. Leisure time to spend doing whatever. The joy of celebrating the birth of our Saviour.

Eggnog and Christmas presents. I like wrapping Christmas presents cause I love the smell of tape and wrapping paper combined like that. It always makes me think of Christmas.
