That depends on viewing it as ideolog,y or viewing it as the natural order of nature.

If humans are viewed as mamals, then there's nothing natural about it. Mamals are male and female, and the male and female copulate to produce offspring. That's the natural order.

With the possible exception of an anomaly, there isn't homosexuality or transgenderism or gender identity etc among virtually all other mamals.
