Ok, so Trip Lee's new album is overall great. There's a couple of very cool songs, some that sound good, and others that I don't really like as much yet. I kinda like the song "Beautiful Life," since it's not what I was expecting!

Oh yeah.. well you might get that with every music you listen to but Trip lee is Overall really good i am so glad you like the cd

I love Reach Records and Christian rap!! When I discovered it it was all I listened to for weeks. My favorites are Lecrae and Trip Lee, but I have all of Reach Records' artists in my Spotify library.

What I'm absolutely loving about what I'm hearing - its sseeeeerrriiiooussss...

I mean, its like if we keep this up we're not only going to have a strong-rolling competing culture, we're going to have all those who wanna rebel against the current 'immorality or else', people who are so sick and tired of being told what they're allowed to think, what they're allowed to do, etc. etc.. We might have a big cultural door opening soon!

I have to laugh also, in terms of a non-Christian artists complaining about just how nasty and coisetered/closed pop is, I remember a Santigold interview from last year where she was complaining that there's three mega-producers making all current pop-songs, that your allowed to use exactly three different chords if you want your stuff played on the radio, and how its vampirically sucking all the soul out of pop. I have to agree with her - its as if someone has set the polarity - for every remotely electronic or blended genre of music out there - and said that the bench mark of musical/pop validity is how much it sounds like Timbaland and T-Pain (and yes, that's essentially how I see Skrillex and Deadmau5 as well)
