A movement? A billion Catholics say Christ is king and do not use that in an anti-Semitic way.People saying "God bless you" in ugly ways is not a huge movement of people. Saying "Christ is King" as anti-semitic language certainly does have a movement behind it. That makes all the difference in the world.
I see the antichrist movement as subtle influences to change our thinking and acting. Today we can’t say “Christ is king” and what can’t we say tomorrow because somebody says so?The anti-Christ movement will be subtle, not overt. You fail to see in this instance that Satan's goal is to deceive, not make all-out war. War comes later when there are barely any Christians left in the world. Think Islam is taking over the world. That's more or less how I see the anti-Christ movement. It's not direct... at first... until they hold all the cards.
