I do not post very often, but I wanted to share that this Sunday, November 10th, I will be welcomed into the Orthodox Church. I am beyond excited!! I was baptized as an infant, so I will receive Chrismation only. My Godmother is a true blessing.
St. Stephanida of Spain is the name I am taking. I was in Catechism classes with Fr. C and saw that her name day is November 11th. I asked if November 10th would be a good day for a Chrismation, as it falls the day before my Saint, and he agreed that I was ready. I meet with him tomorrow so he can prepare me for the Sacrament (let me know the order, etc.).
