OOoooh! That's me, lol. I love my chocolate with mint, or chocolate with peanut butter. But I have been good about it today...no chocolate for me Help me give this up!!!

I admit I didn't make it today. I was a bad girl! I have a jar of chocolates on my desk at work. Another time I wil fill my jar with something healthier so that I don't have to look at them and drool!

No brownies don't really count, neither does cake. It's more like a chocolate bar kinda idea that counts. Just straight chocolate!

Well....that's like a diet thing. The reason I need to stop eating chocolate is to get rid of the flab and be healthy! So nope, that doesn't count either!

My brother makes doughnuts, and glazes them with chocolate sauce. They are SO good. But thank goodness it is hot outside and he hasn't made any in a while!

I need to quit eating chocolate for that reason too, I need to lose about 15 pounds Someone help!!!!!!!! I've given up fast food, but fried foods are really what needs to go in my diet after the chocolate.

Yes, doughnuts that are good...they're so irresistable. Like whenever we have the hot light on, they are so warm and good....lol....I hate having the "as many free doughnuts as you want, and as many free drinks as you want on the clock" privelage lol...it stinks!!!

Well, I've lost about 25 lbs in the last year. I have just been cutting my portions down. I'm wearing an 8 now instead od a 12! YAY!! What I need to give up after chocolate is snacking. I eat all the time! lol, but I'm still losing weight, so I guess it's ok as long as I don't over do it.

Gosh, I wish I could do that I'm one of those people who lose weight, gain it, lose it, and gain it...lol....even when I eat relatively healthy...

My weight used to flexuate something terrible. But in the last year or so I've learned to control it a little better. I hope that I can keep it up. I like to look nice for my Thomas!
