The men be here to complete the work with our plumbing today...they have made very little damage to our tile floor...yeah! Still am unsure how the repair will go, but these fellows are so nice, makes the whole process easier.

plumbing update...tree roots are the cause for this repair...had to repair and replace about 3 feet of pipe...which according to the tech...this was not a major repair...he has done 20 or 30 foot repairs.

A neighbor says she had a similar problem...not related to our housing tract...the drought has the plant life going nuts for water I guess.
