Chewie clearly considers it his job to wash my hands. He does so on a daily basis. He also licks my face often. But the hands...that simply "must" be done.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Good morning, all!
I'm back at work today.
We returned from out trip to Nashville on Friday. We had a good trip but it was pretty short. We didn't have a lot of time to get out and see much in Nashville, but we did go to the Dove Awards which was the purpose for the trip. Our friend, Jennie Riddle, did win in 2 of the 3 categories she was nominated for. She won Songwriter of the Year and Worship Song of the Year. 
(She was also nominated for Song of the Year, but did not win in that category.) They were held in the Grand Ol' Opry and we stayed one night at the amazing and HUGE Gaylord Opryland Hotel next door. (We didn't stay there all the nights cuz they were VERY pricey.)
I had never been anywhere east of Texas at all. Loved the Tennessee countryside. The scenery out that way was beautiful.

Hello everyone. I hope you are all ok? I don't get to look in much at the moment as we have a houseguest and we are busy with getting the house and garden tidied up with a view to putting it on the market.

My daughter just went through this, and they made a sales contract just this week. It was hectic and a lot of work just trying to keep the house ready to show - two months of showing. It's a buyer's market right now, so I wish you the best. Remember to rest and relax a little bit when you get the chance.

It is difficult because with Rob being ill and so many hospital appointments we have not been able to keep up with the maintenance on the house and garden. We are getting there though. The decluttering is going well and I am getting fit digging the garden. I seem to have a constant battle with bindweed. Hopefully we will be in a position to review our situation once Rob has had his eye surgery.

Good evening. I don't feel so goodtoday. I came home from work with the chills and I had 103 Temp. I took a couple of fever reducers and it seems to help with the fever. I still don't feel just right.

Sorry you are unwell Missd take some time off work if your fever persists and take lots of fluids. sounds like a virus but that is a pretty high fever so keep a watch on it and check it out further with your doctor. Prayers Jan
