We had a wonderful visit with my older brother for several days and took him to the airport for his flight home today. Oregon is a long way away from where we live in SW Oklahoma, but I hope that we get to see each other more often.

I wish everyone a great week. GRIN - it will make everyone wonder what you've been up to.

The security adds time, and can be unpleasant. However, I fully understand, and support, the reasons behind it. My issue is with the airlines themselves. As in so many areas of life, it costs much more for less service, more crowding, and less reliability.

Greetings and blessings to all! May your holiday weekend be full of fun, family, fellowship, and following our Lord!

Michael

Amen! - I second these wishes.

I have promised to cook for my wife tomorrow, and I will be eating the same thing. I'll let you know if we survived. :D

Well...some men are 'quite-accomplished' in the kitchen for-sure!
or, should I have said...only the 'exceptional few' isn't [?]

:)

A couple of years ago, I made a horse for my granddaughter 'Alicia'
however, it exploded inside the kiln during the 'biscuit firing'

The images didn't show up.
I am curious to see it as I saw the Original before the kiln mishap
and it was lovely. Jan

Hi Jan Sis'...
The images didn't show up because they had been copied over from CFF
[without urls] and while I could see them before and after post submission...
others couldn't
So I opened windows-paint and copied them and pasted them
together, as, one image so you can now see them ......

I agree, Dave. You did an excellent job. I hope the repairs go well.
Michael

Thank you Michael ...
I wanted to give the cement a week or so to harden off
This is the second attempt with this 'Hard As Nails' stuff
The latest type is EXTERIOR [waterproof]
The last type used was INTERIOR and that came away from the clay

If, this latest stuff isn't succesful then I will employ Epoxy Resin
after creating deeper 'keyways' between the pieces

Now the pictures are showing up strange.
But it is cool to see how close you are getting to having it all complete.
It will be stronger for the experience and much more interesting to talk about.

We'll have-to wait and see on the 'stronger' aspect of the repair Jan Sis'
I may have-to seal the surfaces to be joined with a latex solution
because the first lot of adhesive cement simply fell away when dry

Quite, how this email got past my attention to my inbox, I have no-idea
But what is important.... is the IP Address as-given in the email

It belongs to ChristianForums... this is this-site's IP Address

So, in plain english, this site grassed-itself for trying to enter my account
with a password that was incorrect [?]

Not, that it, in anyway concerns me, at this date [point in time]

:D
