It is snowing quite heavily here at the moment. Rob was meant to go to the dentist this afternoon. We got within 31/2 miles and had to turn back because the roads were closed.

The weather up this end is god at the moment which is good, the snow we had over Christmas and at the start of the year bought us to a stand still. Planes were grounded at times and even the ferries had problems.

We have sunny skies and melting snow OOPS that's not supposed to happen in an olypmic city. LOL. Acutally it has been beautiful and the temps a bit colder so what snow we have for the local events is holding up. It is the rain that really wreaks havoc. Rain is good if it gets cold enough because of course then the mountains get snow. I believe Whistler has lots of snow for the main snow events though. It is about 2 hours north of us.
