I finally had a sleep in bast 7:30 am. It was great. I have been going to bed late and getting up at the same time I usually do. Last night it was 12:30 am (not too late) and I slept soundly till 10 am Yeah. Guess it will be my last for awhile as tomorrow is church and then shopping with my son who is getting married in 3 weeks for some new duds. At least I am not cooking a big meal that night. I think it will be pizza or something. jan

Hi missd and everyone. Today back at work was ok, I was a bit off, got the schedule wrong initially as I though we were starting Week 1 fresh but it was week 2 and other small glitches. All in all ok though. Part of the problem was that I did not sleep that well last night still awake at 3:30 am slept in and when I got to work there was NO COFFEE. So after work I had a nap for a couple of hours making dinner late etc. I will get there though. Jan
