Off to preach in two churches again tomorrow. I love our network of missions, and the opportunity to serve. Please pray that God will enable me to faithfully proclaim His Word.

Hello everyone 
We were away for Christmas but we are back home now. I still have my cold (nearly 2 weeks now).
I do hope you all had a lovely Christmas. I have a lot of posts to catch up on.

Absoultely everything looks terrific. The ultrasound done at the local women's hospital is stronger and more efficient than the clinic here where we live and saw no abnormality. The specialist confirmed this. This was Dec. 24 when we got the good news. What a christmas present. My son shared in church how he was prepared to face what lay ahead with the little one but did not expect a complete clean bill of health. They were both beaming after it was over and he said it was the best christmas present ever.
Ley I am sorry to hear you are still ill with that dratted cold. Make turkey soup. Just boiling the bones yesterday helped clear up my congestion. lol.

My wife and I are back after a wonderful Christmas gathering. I know that God was with us. One day later and we would have been snowed in with closed airports. Oklahoma had a huge BLIZZARD while we were gone, but things cleared well enough for us to come home on airline schedule.
Michael, I will be praying for your ministry.
Praise God and give thanks for the good news on the baby.
I will be praying for those who are ill or in need. We are back just in time to rest up some for 2010. Our only plans are church services. While I'm thinking about it, I give thanks that we were able to attend a beautiful Christmas Service at my daughter's church. On top of everything else, all of my children and grandchildren are well and doing great, so what more could I ask for.
I hope that everyone had a Great Christmas, and I wish everyone a Safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
