I'm sure you enjoyed that!I shared in another thread about the nice concert I attended last night. It was James Taylor a folk singer from the early 70's It was a great concert and I got free tickets which made it even nicer. dave you might be interested to know that he kind of got his big break in England with Peter Asher in 1968.

My husband just downloaded some James Taylor music to his ipod.Well, our electricity went off for awhile yesterday. In Texas it gets hot without a/c rather quickly. Thankfully, we went out for an early dinner and by the time we got back, it was on again.

The modern translations use much older manulscripts in their oiginal languages for their bible translations so I believe are actually very reliable. There is a lot of stuff like the hype about the "Gospel of Judas" coming out these days through the media that reflect the predominant heresy the early church combatted and that was Gnosticism so I take these "new revelation" scriptures with a grain of salt usually. However I will check it out. Peace Jan
