I'm having a bit of trouble finding my way around, but I just give it a little while every morning. It took me 3 days to figure out how to get my character enabled, so I'm finally looking around the place a little more. Hugs and prayers for all the Eagles.

Thanks, I had the job taking care of my 6yr grandson who loves to give all the girls hugs as they walk by him. Even Kitty danced. She did really well.

I had been 'struggling' somewhat, with my ball-mouse
as I endeavoured
to excise Character Images from, their backgrounds
during The Eagles Victorian Dress-Up Contest [?]

My Mary, then, bought me a much more 'accurate' optical mouse

On the second day of having it in my possession
and with it 'connected' to my PC
Mary had-cause, to engage me in conversation

Whilst my attention was thus distracted [?]
Teddy, pulled the cable from the PC
and within a matter of moments
he had chewed-off, the usb connector plug

PRIMA-FACIE 'evidence'

Whaaaaaaaa-aaat!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having stripped away the rubber covering of the USB plug

I could then 'see' which colours
were to go to which pin inside the plug

A little bit of soldering jiggery pokery and................Voila

Wired Mice... utilize the PC as a power resource
Wireless Mice.... on the other hand
they, require to be stuffed with batteries periodically
and this can result in downtime if replacements are not available

As explained.... for very little effort from me
Teddy's punishment of, it has been reversed
and any potential loss, that he [Teddy]
may have caused, has been adequately eliminated


Thank the Lord both for His mercy
and all those things that He, has enabled me to learn
that I could so-easily OVERCOME... such trials

Good morning, everyone. Good job on repairing your mouse plug, Dave. I too prefer an optical mouse. I've been using one for a couple/years and only had to replace the battery once. They move faster and I have fewer wires hanging around . Prayers and to all the Eagles.

Just get in the catalogue and buy another one of everything for your guy.
Start adding same as you added the first character. It is possible to drag n drop with a good quality mouse....not one the dog chewed on LOL, till you get all items just exactly positioned. Be patient. Sometimes they diappear behind the background. Dont panic...use the layer down button for the backbround to layer down behind the characters until all items are back on top.

One more thing.The hair for the guys is not the coolest selection. Hope you go for it....its fun. Keep trying and all of a sudden it sinks in.

LOL! Yeah, Springrain & I seemed to both have quite a time getting the proper "hairdo" for our respective dh's! I think mine had 3 different "hair-dos" before I settled on his current one...and that one's not perfect. (It's a reasonable facsimilie but needs more "silver/grey" in it!)
