It's overcast here and they are calling for maybe a storm. I hope if it does storm it's not too bad because I have things to do and really did not want to do them in the rain. Oh well.
Other then that things are busy here and I hope after the next few days are over things calm down.

I don't usually pass on political advice or info, however
we had all better wake up and start paying attention!

This morning, in Pakistan, Taliban Minister of Migration, Mohammed Omar,
warned the Unitedd States that if military action against Iraq continues,
Taliban authorities will cut off America's supply of convenience store managers.

And if this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next,
followed by Dell Computer customer service reps, AOL Help,
Motel 6 managers, and liquor store cashiers.

Who knew it would come to this.
It's getting ugly.

Good Morning everyone. It's windy and overcast again. The only good thing is I don't have to goto work today. I've got an eye dr. appointment.

It is suppose to get into the 60's here today, but it is gloomy with a little rain. That's ok I have things inside to do to. But I will open a window or two to let in the fresh air. I can't wait until I can keep the windows open and feel that fresh air all the time.

we had all better wake up and start paying attention!

This morning, in Pakistan, Taliban Minister of Migration, Mohammed Omar,
warned the Unitedd States that if military action against Iraq continues,
Taliban authorities will cut off America's supply of convenience store managers.

And if this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next,
followed by Dell Computer customer service reps, AOL Help,
Motel 6 managers, and liquor store cashiers.

Who knew it would come to this.
It's getting ugly.

I'm sorry to hear about the predicted storms on the east coast. It seems that you all have been battered a lot by bad storms recently. I am concerned for my mother as well, she lives in northern Virginia.

Here in Texas it is sunny, although it is still a bit cool out--37 degrees right now. The predicted high today is in the 80's. My tulips are in full bloom. I began feeding my fish yesterday. This is always tricky--if you feed fish too soon they can die of the weather gets cold again for several days. Hopefully that won't happen this year.

I have seedlings started in my work-out/art room. This because our last frost-free date is around April 21st, and I can't wait to get started this year.

Spring fever has struck!!!!

awaiting the end of the frosts

I had a similar problem re: fish feeding many years back
Seems they dont digest when temp's drop
and the decaying food forms gas in their bodies awwww

I have a friend, that lives in/ near Norfolk, VA

Here, is OVERCAST, very windy, with the odd-drop or two
of precipitation
but... indoors is warm and busy, here at my PC

Yup. That's exactly what happens. I wasn't going to feed them yesterday, I was determined not to--but then I did anyway. They were begging for food...

The pond water is well over 40 degrees F now, though, so there should not be a problem unless we are hit by several days of winter again and the pond temp drops below 40.

Wow, so many Virginia connections!!! I'm in central Virginia and we also have a little cottage near the coast of South Carolina, so we're most of the time in Va and part of the time in SC. We love both places but I suppose at some point we'll be fulltime back in Va.

It was a beautiful day here in the mountains of East JKentucky..The mountains are bursting with redbud and white and pink dogwood..The bradford pears are sporting clusters of snowy looking petals while the cherry trees are beautifully pink..All is well with my soul and God is good..

Good morning everyone. We are enjoying another sunny spring morning although it is still colder than normal and I can see frost on the grass. I get to start work an hour later every Wednesday so had a wonderful sleep in time. I think I am ready to face the day. It is hard getting over holidays. lol Jan

that we could choose another dog [for the money we paid]
just so long as we did so within 28 days

They had NOTHING [ideal]
at the Manchester Dogs Home
So Mary went down to Grappenhall
[south of Manchester]
to, the sister Dog's Home there [Cheshire]
and found a collie X
that she named, 'Teddy' [13 weeks of age]

'IT' ___ needs to be 'HOUSE-BROKE' however
