handle some difficulty we have in our lives
it helps if, someone you know (?) has ALREADY had a similar experience
where, using that 'friend's' HINDSIGHT
useful INSIGHT can be approached and utilised to good-effect

Concerning the matter
of THREADS for 50+ HELP for-members on SERIOUS-MATTERS
There IS..... always PM to raise worrying issues WITH A FRIEND
ie: away from the games threads

Open Discussion...
can always be initiated from a NEW THREAD
and 'head' the top of the list,
for, the entire-duration of it's currency WITHOUT 'changing the water'
or, installing yet-another 'quango' / 'embargo'

In cases of, a member or, members
whom, for whatever reason
should feel unqualified to respond to a post:
for fear of burning one's feet/ for unfamiliarity with 'subject' ....etc

They should not [I feel] be castigated by the OP Author
for their: "FAILING TO ENJOIN"
whether or not they 'do' partake in 'games threads'

Hey Bonnie great to hear from you. I love your pictures theya re beautiful. Did you take them? If so you are good at it. We don't get the mixture of colours here in the fall on the same tree. But we do get some awesome reds and golds on single trees.

I don't see anything like that here in West Texas, and I miss it so much. We have trees, but they are different and not as spectacular in the fall. I'll have to show my husband later--a Pennsylvania kid, also transplanted.

Oh Jim I sure hope you don't have a fall. My mother in law had a fall a few months back and her wrist is still tender. She has MD and so vision troubles and careless park staff were the cause.

Dave, I'm not aware of those forums, either, but then you move around a lot more than I do. I'm sorry if you got hurt. I've always enjoyed reading your posts.

I'm watching "The War" as I write this. Is anyone else following this PBS series? There is so much about WW II I don't know. Yet my father served with the U.S. infantry which came up through Italy, and my husband's father served with the Pacific fleet.

I think I'm going to see if I can buy this series.
