Okay, Jim, you got me laughing! Poor guy!

But I know that dropping a rock can really hurt. Are you sure you didn't break something? You might need to get to the doctor if it is swollen and continues to hurt. As for the headache--lol, I don't see the connection, unless you were working so hard you got dehydrated? Here I am trying to diagnose from a distance--too funny!

This day so far is absolutely gorgeous. It's 66 degrees outside. Hmm. Not sure what that would be for you, Jim. Let's see, 66-32=34, 34 X 5/9 = 18 degrees Celsius.

Whereas, you said it was 9 degrees outside, I'm assuming Celsius. 9 X 9/5 = 16.2, 16.2 + 32 = 48.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Not too bad!

My spring garden keeps calling me....everything is in bloom...and it's just lovely.

Symphony..Symphony! Music is all I get from you lot. Even wife just laughs at me. I must pull sock over that sore toe,,then put foot into shoe....Cor blimey! I should at least get a tear or two. I knew better about lifting rocks. Wife even told me not to lift it, but no, I had to be smarty pants and lift the rock. Yes, it fell on my big toe.

Did you know one can get a headache from dropping rock on big toe? yes, indeed, a headache. So, it is not just a sore big toe, but headache too boot!

Mind you, if this keeps up, I will give wife a headache too, and then more than my big toe will ache.

Lovely day to-day. It is already up to 9c. I trust everyone will enjoy their day, despite my sore big toe!

The rock wouldn't have fallen if I had kept my hands together whilst carrying it! The damage is not serious folks. I am making more of this than is called for. I just wanted to POST MORE, but I didn't want to start a NEW thread.

To add to the story, you might ask how my hands separated whilst carrying the rock. Wife was just leaving in her vehicle and called to let me know she was off, and,,,,,,,,,,,now hear this,,,,,,,,, I raised one hand to wave her off. Duh! Rock fell to ground and my toe.

I hope all the readers had a good chuckle. That was really my intention. Anyone who knows me understands I seldom complain or even mention aches and pains.

Ha Ha. I do hope it heals up quickly though. It is frustrating to want to be out doing stuff and be hurtin. It sounds like you don't let things get you down or stop you from being active and that is such an inspiration. I too am rejoicing in the weather. We finally got a reprieve from the rain on Sunday. I have been able to canvass in dryness for two evenings and and almost finished. My soul sure needs the sun. And my spirit needs THE SON.

Well the Lord is teaching me not to have the spirit of complaining!! We need to pray for this site!! And the people that work on it and support it!! I found out that the Lord is using this site so guess what? The evil one hates that!!! So he used me(and maybe some others) to start complaining about all that's wrong here! Not good and I'm sorry I did that and ask the Lord to forgive me. Satan has his soldiers here and they have been working over time because people are learning about the Lord "in spite" of him. So PTL this place is up and running!! Let's get out there and bring the sheep in,and make more "children for the Lord"
